Wizzley is an online revenue sharing site that has been around for over 5 years. The site is well established and many people are earning an income each month through their ad share program. In order to generate any type of money through the site, you'll need to have a Google AdSense account or a Chitika account. This way the ads displayed on your content will generate an income for you. This is a great content writing site, it allows you to pick and choose the content you want to write about and it accepts several different affiliate networks that you can use to embed your affiliate links into the content that you write. The site has a forum that is easy for you to join and offers a marketplace for all the members. If you produce any type of products or even services such as logo design or website building you can offer to sell your services in the marketplace. This is a good way to increase your income each month from the site.

How Does this Work?

Before you decide to join this site it is a good idea to have a Google AdSense account. If you're not accepted by Google AdSense apply for a Chitika account. It is much easier to be accepted by Chitika than Google AdSense.

The second thing you should have before joining the site is a few affiliate programs you belong to. This site allows you to embed your affiliate links in your content. However, they don't accept all affiliate network links on their site. You'll need to belong to the following affiliate networks in order to use your affiliate links:
  • AllPosters
  • Amazon
  • Zazzle
  • VigiLink
Create your account and join the forum while you are at it. The forum is an excellent place to find information, receive tips, and sell the products that you make. After registering for your account, you'll need to add your user ID for your Google AdSense or Chitika account. You can only choose one or the other for the site, you can't use both of them. Add your ID in the setting and the site will automatically configure your ads on your pages.

How To Make Money:

As a new member on the site, you'll have your ads displayed 50% of the time. The money you generate from your ads is directly deposited to your ad account. This could be Google AdSense or Chitika. Until you have posted 50 articles on the site it is a 50/50 revenue share.

Once you've reached 50 articles the site will increase your revenue share to 55%. You'll receive a 55/45 revenue share until you have written 100 articles for the site. After this, the site will share the revenue with you at 60/40. The top ad revenue you can earn will be 60%.

If you belong to a few of the approved affiliate networks it is possible to embed your affiliate links in your content. This way you have a chance to earn a commission if a person clicks on your affiliate links and purchases the product.

The last way you can earn an income from the site is by joining their forum. Here you can offer your products you make to the other members on the forum. People are selling homemade jam, bath bombs, soaps, logo design, website design and much more. This is an added source of income you can generate from the site.

Conclusion:

This is a legitimate site and you will receive your ad revenue because the money is directly deposited into your account. The site doesn't pay you directly and you'll be paid through your affiliate links or your advertising networks. Just keep in mind it will take time to get established on the site and start earning money.

Thanks you are review these very well. Writing websites can help earn but it's not easy and we need to have great sills for this
That is the problem if you're young, don't have a great comprehension of the English language, and have issues with grammar and spelling. This can make it difficult to understand the instructions and complete the tasks or work to earn online.

(I did ask and pay-to-write goes under pay-to-post)

Wizzley is an article site in the same way Squidoo was. While you don't get paid upfront for your articles themselves, you can embed a range of affiliates in them, including Amazon, Allposters, and wizzley even has a Viglink scheme where you can automatically embed Viglink across everything you write using a dedicated account. (You can also embed other affiliate links, but be careful as they do remove links and content they consider spammy). They work by putting your link in for a proportion of the traffic: you get 50% of the traffic for up to 50 articles, 55 for up to a hundred, and then 60%.

I have checked and they are, as far as I can tell, fairly reliable on this. As I manually embed my UK links (and get a regular return on them), the US traffic share can be hard to tell.

With a simply GUI, as an alternative to hubpages it works rather well. This is a passive income scheme, and while you will make more if you are active, you can also set up several articles and just leave them to sometimes give you a bonus to your affiliates, which is how I have used them. It does have a decent google ranking, so it gets a reasonable amount of traffic.

An easy way to use wizzley is to write a review of a film, and link to the DVD, movie poster, etc. That way you can get more traffic when the sequels come out, etc.
hello these is a new writing website! that have no reputation! if its really legit and paying, hope a lot here join these writing website and post a payment proof! i have Not seen any p.p in these thread ! and i think Squidoo already turn to scam status!

Like all new sites a person must take a chance to work on it or not. There is no way of knowing how good the site is unless you take a chance. I think it is a good opportunity for people on this site to try it. I know the person has compared this to Squidoo, but this site isn't Squidoo and it isn't fair to talk about it like this. We have to give all sites a chance unless we find out otherwise.

Interested in this and even interesting one for such articles but never heard of wizzey and There are many sites like this right now that have issues with Google and end up closing shortly.

They are kind of long dead and buried in google penalty. So it is kind of harder for them to recovery. you can see that not a lot of people usually get their site recovered. and so for that reason I don't much trust them.

It would be nice if we saw some of the Google penalties and were able to determine if this site is really long dead as you say. It is hard to know the real truth behind a site and it does make it easier if we had some quotes from Google or you could add some of the information here on the site by quoting this and using the quote marks with copy and paste here. As long as you can quote and say this is a quote there is no reason you can't post this type of info here on the site.

I think content mill penalty is not possible to reverse. only way it can be get away with is giving up domain. and someone else doing different stuff on that domain. that seems to be the only way to get rid of the penalty from what I have seen.

Yes, Google penalties can be tough and hard to get past. A lot of this has to do with these types of site allowing writers to embed their affiliate links inside their posts. The site would have to go through all the articles and remove all these links to start with. I don't think this will every happen. It also has to do with the way the site tries to make money and how they deceive people with the links they add in the middle of posts. They make it look like part of the text. Bad news and bad business. Google doesn't like this at all anymore.

I think wizley admins didn't tried at all. after the penalty of content mill was applied. on the other hand when hubpages had that penalty they just started making other hubs. and that content is now being earning more for them. so it's that strategy helping them.

In November of last year Google posted a large document online about how they rate sites. One thing Google didn't like was all the embedded links to affiliate marketing programs that people install in their documents. They feel this is misleading and a trap for readers. That is one reason some sites like this are having issues. Furthermore, on a lot of content mill sites they place tons of ads in the middle of documents to try and hide them. This was another major issue with Google.

I have never heard of the paid to write site called wizzly. Thanks for sharing a new site for me to join.I will do a google search on the site and check it out before joining.

Wizzley appeared on the scene as a HUBPages alternative. I joined Wizzley 5 years ago and published 37 pages during 2013 and 2014. As a writer, I am very satisfied with the platform but no longer publish at the site because I found other more profitable income-earning opportunities elsewhere. Income can be earned via Google Ad Sense and commissions from sales of affiliate products and since my content is evergreen, I did not remove and republish the pages elsewhere. However, if you plan to sign up that is not possible. New registrations are not being accepted.

NOTE: Regards comments by overcast
~ I was not aware of the reports about Google Penalties. (o_O)

Wizzley got the content mill algorithm penalty which every site gets if they offer payment for the article. And also wizzley had the programs specific for few writers. All of that collapsed. I had few articles there but I removed those and moved to another site. It seems like wizzley is not going to recover.

I have 37 pages on Wizzley. I did not delete my content. Since the owners decided to keep the site online and allow members to continue to publish pages and also since I had already shared my links via social media, I felt it would not be a good idea to remove and republish. What I did though was repurpose my content. I used my articles to create quizzes and published them at a social blogging site. For example, my page about pomegranates at Wizzley was repurposed and published as a quiz at Virily with a link back to the original source.

I think the best option that you can do right now is not move that content and keep it as it is. Considering you need better new home or say blog to move that content. And if you move this to say hubpages this may again trigger the content network penalty as google indexes same stuff. I'd recommend instead to move this to blogger blog.

The only reason I ended up at Wizzley is because of the changes they kept making at HUBPages. I actually took some of my HP content and published it as Wizzley. In the end, I went back to HUBPages and I have to say that HP has survived. I earn income from my HUBs. My Wizzley pages did not do well as far as income generation. It's probably because the site does not get that much traffic.

I tried to find out the option at Wizzley.com where you can publish your articles in this website. I couldnt find any such option. Is there a seperate link to upload our articles at Wizzley?
Also, does the site pay via paypal?

But these days hubpages is doing good. And if you can churn out 1500 word article once a month, in 12 months you can have sustainable income out of it. That you don't even have to bother for the other platforms. I am going to think about this in next few months and once I get free time I am going to apply this method.

Thanks for the review, hopefully it still works after 3 years.
It has lost the traffic. So it is active site but there may not be any member left who earns from it. Most of the members must have left to start their own website. I have seen few members making use of the wizzley for links. But the domain value is not much to pass on any link juice from there.
