There are two options that a trader can do with his profits. Either he can withdraw the profit or can reinvest that money so that can earn from those profits too. Which one, as a trader, you prefer and why?

I generally like to reinvest. As the more money I will have the higher will be my margin. And that will eventually help me to hold higher positions.

I would certainly agree with your Strategy. The profit you will earn, if you keep the half in the account, that wil increase your margin as well as you can withdraw the remaining portion too. So both problem is solved.

You're Right you Always need to have more than one passive income sources so brininging more revenue is the correct strategy tbh

Well, if it's actually a lucrative business and you don't have an urgent need for the money aside from business. Then I would suggest that reinvesting your already made profits would be a good idea.

Yeah, for me is a good strategy especially if one doesn't have any pressing issues that warrants I make use of the money then reinvesting your profits is the ultimate decision for me.

Same here. You are right about analysing first about the business your running to make sure their is a higher possibility that it will still yield you profits in the future. If that's the case, reinvesting your earnings is actually the best option.

Reinvesting your profits back into the business has nothing to do with being greedy, in my opinion, it's actually being wise. All we need to make sure is that the business we are reinvesting into still proves lucrative or legit.

I'm talking about trading though. Since the more greedy i was the more likely i lose my.profits even the initial funds. Business is different though.. i will use every profit to make sure it becomes successful

That is a very deadly combination to trade with greediness. Hopefully after the small lost you incurred, you have learn from your mistakes and improved your skills. This will go a long way with you.

Greed and fear are the emotions which every one need to eliminate before reading. We need to trade with concentration and less with emotion, and for that we should undergo a vigorous training.

I learned from my mistake.. goy greedy lost my profits and trade more to get em back.. lost everything and more.. not recommended specially if you're a newbie

Yeah mate, but reinvest only some part of the profit, because if the markets crash, you will atleast have some amount as safety.
