It seems hosting providers as soon as they start getting bigger companies their customer support issues start too.

We've got here top notch web hosting services, I can't choose... to be honest I start digging few days in a row about both companies, WiredTree and KnownHost are without doubt reliable VPS providers.

What's your experience with them, which is best in your opinion?

Hi,

Both companies are reliable. Currently I use a VPS from knownhost.
Before switching to KnownHost used a VPS from asmallorange. Because of some problems with them (I decided to switch to KnowHost or WiredTree.) Purchased a VPS from wiredtree first and test it for few days. Without any explications got better response times from asmallorange and at that moment decided to give asmallorange a second change. Lost my the money paid for the first month since they didn't offered money back.
Until one day when I was out of the city ( driving) and without data coverage, surprise ! My asmallorange VPS was down for 10 hours. So at the moment I purchased a VPS from KnownHost and moved right away.
Jesse R. from KnownHost (I don't know his full name) configured my VPS since I'm not a linux geek :). It took some time but he managed to fix it.
What I like. at KnownHost:
- daily cPanel automatically checks for updates.
- at Asmallorange my server used about 1.2 GB RAM with not so many visitors at the moment monitoring.
At KnownHost, server is using only 300 MB from 2 GB RAM available. See here

So my suggestion is to go with KnownHost first, they offer 30 day Money Back Guarantee and also used a knownhost coupon . If you are not happy with term terminate your account and give WiredTree a try.

Hope it helps!

Often I read "there's no best web hosting", there's best web hosting for you.
I personally like KnownHost due to good price and quality of VPS they provide.

I never used Wiredtree but I have used Knownhost and still using them, I like how fast they solve your issue.
If you looking for VPS they have great offers, haven't tested dedicated servers from them yet but I will soon and will update here.

Wiredtree is now EIG property I am guessing. They do have a good servers and performance. Knownhost is perfect for those who are into the VPS. I have not heard much about their dedicated servers either. but their VPS reviews are really good.

From research I think Wiredtree services are better, there is always quick service restoration and monitoring at all times, the manages their network promptly and there's 24 hours help from support unit if any thing occurs. All theirs VPS nodes uses the dual-core which boost reliability and good performance of the motherboards.
