btw I got another idea... but at 1st around lottery, main for owner is, if D. want mainly earn from users - I dont think so, because I must say again as I say few months ago, that owner care and help his users... because he know, that no users = no main base = no earnings.... I see that D. put much time to his BMF... and again, better forum I didnt find 
So about lottery... I dont know if D. want hold some main balance for lottery or not... Think about situation, if lottery use few people and D. will sometimes lose... or if main balance for winners will move, increase decrease, etc. by bought tickets...
If will it do for people, than cool be win win system, for owner and for users too.... price per ticket is good I think again... but I dont know, if users can buy (e.g. month lottery) everyone only one ticket or max tickets... because, most people make cents.... and they will be happy, if they win some, they return back... but if users will have not any maximum to buy... this is for only few rich people - like anothers (for me called stupid systems) because only rich have much more chances again and after some time, it will be play only those rich users... so lottery than be only for rich... like unfair....
And if it will be little fair... we as users make some promo, D. of course too, than main base can grow, because much more users will play.... because will know, that can win with only few cents... I understand it... most people lost by scams etc. not paying systems etc. and here will know, that is fair and can win not only rich...
And now idea can work together... what about BMF little fair exchanger? I see much many exchangers which take much money for exchange from e.g. paypal to payeer, perfect money etc..... much scammers which take a lot of, but here and there are many users and people, which earn cents... which lost earned cents and = lost few months... by e.g. some scams... its mainly - time, what they lose and time is not printed money... time noone reload or restart... and I see when some users want exchange some money, D. helped him... I see e.g. many exchangers that take e.g. 6 usd for exchange like 10 usd from paypal to payeer... so someone earn for 10usd maybe month, two, three and than those exchangers take them half their hard money... so BMF can be trustfuly exchanger, with low fees about 10% (I dont know, only talking about idea - it need be good calculated) ....and e.g. half income 5% or 2% from it use for lottery.... And I think, if we users will help with promo, about lottery, about exchanger BMF can grow by this ways too... and important is, it take customers from another unfair exchangers.... So can be after time main community on the internet, because some main community already have....
