You have a plan to start a business that involves huge capital. In your mind it may be successful running alone with 50% to 70% chance then will you get some partners or try alone ? which one is better ? And do you think it can be offered as a crowdfunding project on kickstarter ? For example, if the business is say a big social gaming site which will have an app too.

I would prefer to start alone so as to see how far I can run it all by myself. If the business then eventually requires more than what I can afford, I'll source for partners who can buy into the vision of the business.

@Nonachy If you start alone you can decorate your business with your own desire and can manage solely without much tension. These are big plus points.
Yeah, truly. Because it'll be exhausting and frustrating starting your own business with partners and the said partners don't buy into your business idea or decides to change something.

I will prefer to do it alone because if I'm not sure my business will work well then there is something wrong with my plan. Regarding capital I would either get investor or get a loan. The only reason I will get a business partner is if we have separate business but we can work together to create a new product.

Partners can change mind anytime and if most partners goes against your decision you get frustrated even if sole idea was from you. This risky condition may happen but we can limit it with agreement rule.

there is no company alone in my opinion, because you will always need a team to do things when you grow your business to the highest levels, if you want to stay alone you will have a limited grow

I believe partnership would be very important as well as necessary not only because of the huge capital but because the risk will be shared in partnership compared to going solo when you bear the risk alone
Yeah that's a solid point but there is some people who want to risk it all alone, I'm personally want to take all the irsk because when I gain , I jsut gain everything and I hate partenership problems

This is true, there are people with all the necessary skills but no financial strength to kick start so in situation like this if you have reliable financial partners it is advisable to partner on an agreed terms .

Partners business is very good in the case that the two partners will join their head together and bring something well omportant, but to be sincere and precise I will advice that you deal with your business alone and never trust in any partnership or join business.

Like you earlier mentioned that it is good , yes it is good , when you partner with right people you get the busines to your desire destination. If you take your time you will get good partmer.

I will definitely start alone, as you said, huge income is involved, i never trust people much on money
It depends on the business and the financial commitment of such business, if it is very high it is better to partner with someone with full legal backing.

I would love to have my own business if I can afford. Sole proprietorship is great because I can enjoy all the profits. But the business requires alot of capital to fund it, then I wouldn't mind adding a partner or two. The big amoung of funds can produce enough profits for us to share.

No doubt sole partnership is the Best of you have all that is needed for the business to grow and prosper as you wish otherwise getting committed partners is a way out

Yeah, in sole proprietorship you get all the profits. Moreover, you get to decide when and how to do your work. You become your own boss and that gives you space to actually make your own decisions that can guide you to success.

I know people who partner with others but they make sure they have larger share so this make them Major decision maker in the business, some people go into partnership just get more new ideas from other peaple.

This is a situation where we dormant or sleeping partnership existing ,only member will be known while others are just financial members they don't run the business but invest to get their profit

Well if were to be left to me I wouldnt go into partnership because I already have series of experience doing business with people and when it comes to money ...then you would see the true color o

If i have the whole capital to start up the business alone i will because it will make me focusf instead of having to share ideas with my partner which might be different

Yea... If you've learned about a particular business and decide to start it up all on your own.. You can do it provided you have the capital. But then again 2 heads are better than one... Having a business partner means getting double ideas, sharing experiences and problems the business might face... But the partner could be a close friend you are very comfy with or someone you can relate with very well
Sure you both take risks together, share ideas and profit together so to an extent it is win win situation, the partner may not necessary be a close friend but a committed person financially and legally.

If I have the whole capital to start a huge business, I will still look for partner probably only one or two to reduce the risks involved since I can't be 100% sure of making profits in the business
