You have a plan to start a business that involves huge capital. In your mind it may be successful running alone with 50% to 70% chance then will you get some partners or try alone ? which one is better ? And do you think it can be offered as a crowdfunding project on kickstarter ? For example, if the business is say a big social gaming site which will have an app too.

I have always liked a mono business where I start and end alone. Businesses with partners is somewhat stressful. I will prefer investors in my business than having partners.
That's exactly what I always think about. I don't like partnership business, I will like to start my business Alone, if there is no enough capital to start a big business that requires a huge capital. Then, I will start the one I can start with the what my available capital can start.

Experience has listed it that it is better to start a business alone and start small at that so that you can grow gradually and get the best partner for your business.

I do prefer co funding bigger businesses because you will share your experience and opinion with people to learn more and also you will be safe as losses can be share equally likewise profit.
Well, you are right. Because everyone has the way of thinking and reason a things. Then, I like the way you think about the be in the partnership business.

If i can afford to start that company alone i would do it as long i have a good strategy and plan in place on how i will run that business .If you are good in anything you do i don't think you need more people but that does'nt mean you have to do every thing alone you can even ask for mentorship if think you need one.

Starting a business with a partner can create serious issues when the business is already growing. I know of some businesses like that. An example is my brother-in-law that after 5 years of growing the business he parted ways with his partner. A single proprietorship is the best to have full control of the business.

I would rather stick to working on my own. I know my work, have alot of experience and love it alot. During this pandemic i can work slow and with passion, just the way i want. I don't even have to use a timetable.

What i do is: I go to local workshops and do networking with them which include troubleshooting electrical components. At the end of the day we are just sharing technical information to each other!

It might be very challenging to start a business talk more of business with high amount which is why it is advisable to get a partner if it would really help.

It depends on the type of business that is involve, my financial capability and the level of trust that in have for such partner will determine if I will go into business with such person!or start the business alone.

Sure, I can start such business but with trusted partners. There will be a partnership deed that will guide the activities of the business from the beginning to the cessation.

I can run business alone but most times I do prefer having a very reliable partner so that we can easily rob minds together make more money and at the same time managing losses together.

Yeah same with me , before even starting any business ,I must make sure the partner I am running the business with is very trusted ,to prevent any form of disappointment

Very true I think the contract cannot be just verbal ,it should all be signed , because no matter what never trust anyone since people changes

Verbal communication can easily be denied in any commitments be it business or others but once there is a written statement and witnessed by legal team you are both safe.

Though it would be alot easier if I startup a business with a partner, but I do not think I would make the choice easily. If I ever decide to go into partnership with anyone, I would make sure the terms and conditions are very okay and favours me before going into it.

There is even deed of partnership agreement containing the content of the partnership ,many of this needs to be noted by both partners and agreement need to be made that will be signed and backed by law you are right

I would get a partner in only two cases, first case is when there is no enouth capital and the second case if he's capable of bringing about a serious change to the business
I think a lot of partnership happens when there's no requirer funds for the business. You would need a partner and be sure the partner is an honest one not a crook

Before even taking someone as a partner ,you must have known the person personally so that you don't have problem running the business with the person

Well not in all cases some partners especially those bringing in part of the capital people sometimes don't even get to know them what they are after is the money coming in for the investment
