The passion for a particular job is something everyone strives for, but destiny doesn't always follow our dreams. People who wants to earn with their job they love, sometimes have to follow a different path as the situation requires them to do so.

Some people may have interest in painting, some in photography. But not all of them can chose such profession for their earnings. I personally like to do painting from my childhood, but painting in our area is not a lucrative way of earning. Thus I had to join a boring office work which pays me for 9-5 desk job. Do you think we should work for our own according to our interest, rather than joining under someone else?

Working for someone is not really a way to make money especially millions. There are so many disadvantage of working for some one. One of them is that your boss can fire you at any point in time.
But if you have what it takes to start your own business please do. Though the starting may not be easy but you reap it if you manage I well

I think it is very important that people understand this. Going into a business without the necessary knowledge will make you not to be successful in the long run and you will end up to your wasting your time and money.

One of the major reasons it is very important and necessary to work for another person before venturing into your business is that it will give you a clear picture of how businesses works.

I know many people that started this way and today they are successful.

People need some experience before they could manage their own business successfully.
Though it is better running your own business rather than using your efforts to run someone else business.
Personally, having my own business is my priority because it will give time to expand the business...

Definitely, experience is very much needed but there is no way you can get that if you do not try. experience is not something you will just get in a matter of days, instead it may take years.

Capital is one of the major things that is holding a lot of people from establishing their own businesses.

Going into a business requires some level of capital and knowledge for you to become successful but so many people do not have that.

I have personally come across someone who said that he is not interested in establishing his own business rather, he is more focused on reaching at the peak of his career by working for other people.

Actually my goal is to become a successful enterprenuer and run my own business myself. I don't think there would be anyone who would want to work under someone than to be the boss himself.
Every employee would most likely prefer the position if a boss to his present position no matter how well the job is paying him.
I would want to lead my own business and be recognized anytime my business brand is mentioned.

It really depends how expose you are in your chosen field. Sometimes we intend to do something we see that appears to be nice, but on reality we cannot because of lack of training. Whatever things you choose try to study or learn it very well, because time will come when you will decide wilder you work for yourself or work for someone. I have not worked for anyone for a very long time now because it has been my dream of working for myself.
The main reason why I choose to work for myself is the flexibility of time it gives me. No one controls the number of hours I have to work daily.

The joy of working for yourself cannot be overestimated because you will be in total control of your time.

If you're working for another person you may not have the opportunity to grow to a reasonable extent and that is what working for yourself offers you.

You may not be able to discover your potentials in terms of business and other areas of life if you're working for another person because you may not have such time.

exactly Workin with someone would obviously help in terms of experience , because at times as a trader its really good to have enough experience when running business , because incase there is any problem it would be easily fixed

Nobody is actually born with experience but it can be gotten by test running your business ability and after some period of time and experimentation you will discover what works for you.

You can also get experience by working for another person in form of apprenticeship or mentorship.

That way you can be able to get a lot of experience by working for another person for some specific period of time, then after you can set up your own business and probably become successful.

Same here, I have a lot of business ideas but what is limiting me at this moment is capital and time.

Starting a business currently requires you to have the necessary capital and be very much prepared emotionally and otherwise.

If I can get the necessary support to begin my own business, I won't even like to work for another person.

When you are working for yourself you will probably become your own boss and you have the opportunity to employ other people.
