I think google search will not going to do that. I mean your site not going to rank up because traffic from TE is not count it in google algoritma.
Why not try fivver, there might be some gigs that will help you rank your site safely..

Without question. No, it won't. In fact Google may punish websites for fake traffic. Traffic exchanges are good for nothing other than making the number on a hit counter go up - if that's what you want then use a TE, but if you want to actually develop your site, don't!

This is not related to websites but to youtube, buying views isn't illegal, exchanging subscribers is and might harm your account, applying that on websites will make it completely legit and nothing dangerous in it, because in this case we used views from youtube as traffic in websites

I heard that traffic exchanges negatively impact your website due to bounce rate so if using something like google webmaster tools or google ads be sure to do a few things:

1. Detect 0,0 screen sizes in javascript , these will be bots suring trafic exchanges. Google will see these as bad traffic.
2. Detect refferal urls being set to a traffic exchanges surf page and auto disable any google javascript that is rendered on your site. Swap google ads for a-ads or banner exchange banners to get link backs.

I am still not sure if they are a positive thing , but at least the above will make sure they are not a negative thing.

Traffic will surely affect positively your listing in google results, even if it's exchanged just make sure it's from real users because doesn't tolerate bot users .

This is just the truth,apart from increasing the number,I think there's any other tangible benefits. To get our site rank better try to get organic traffic simple.

All they do is to just visit the site because they have been obligated to do so and leave within two or three minutes. That is not the kind of traffic that helps to boost search engine rankings.
