Ethereum right now the #2 crypto currency in the world and is very popular among the crypto investors and is also less volatile compared Bitcoin.

So, is there any chance that Ethereum reach the same heights as Bitcoin in the near future or even eclipsing it?

There are so many new tokens in the ethereum network and each and every day new tokens are being added to it in the firm of the airdrops. There are whole exchanges and dapss that use only the ethereum network yet despite all those facts the king of coins is only one and that is bitcoin

I think Ethereum is far behind in price compared to bitcoin. Even it is less than Bitcoin Cash. In the future it may grow a lot more but I don't think it is going to exceed bitcoin price.

Ethereum 2.0 is coming and excitement is not less than Bitcoin halving. The most it may go $600 wondering everyone as a sudden jump within several months but I dont think it will compete bitcoin growing up 50x from current price. Thats unrealistic for top coins.

Ethereum is a different Blockchain and it's price never even reached 500 dollars , soi don't think it can surpass the bitcoin in its price. Bitcoin will still remain the best.

I don't think Ethereum can defeat Bitcoin in terms of price. Ethereum is much cheaper than compared to that of bitcoin. And Bitcoin has been the most dominating cryptocurrency in terms of prices.

Yeah I do agree. Ethereum may not cross Bitcoin so soon. And in doubt if it can do in future too. Speed of Bitcoin is more than that of Ethereum. If bitcoin falls a lot Ethereum drops down below 170$ so I dont think Ethereum will cross bitcoin.

Very few coins can cross Bitcoin which are behind bitcoin. Heard from one of my friends that LBTC defeated bitcoin recently but regarding Ethereum it should have very high blockchain development and investment rising and some other key factors to defeat bitcoin which I think not possible within next 2 years. But Ethereum may grow well.

Ethereum may in the near future get high number of users which may increase its value but to reach the heigh of bitcoin , I don't think it is very feasible at all . Bitcoin needs to be stagnant for this to happen , which is not possible .

Nah, it's impossible. Not to mention Ethereum is inflationary in nature. The coin will need to beat bitcoin supporters to rise higher than bitcoin price.

Unless continuous huge investment on Ethereum and they happened to develop their network to the extreme super efficient, I don't think Eth gonna kick bitcoin so early.

Ethereum will be like bitcoin but may not surpass its value anytime soon...but ...in about 10 years we may see ETH surpass every coin in existence. For quite some time. Its uses and smart contracts capability will gain in value immensely.

Litecoin has more chances than Ethereum to race bitcoin. The value of ethereum is decreasing everytime , where litecoin has flooded up from $30 to $100+

This report on the current value of litecoin dates when ? Perhaps if it is recent , I may consider going for litecoin investment.

The fastest way would be simply buy some litecoin from trader/exchanger. But that's not the point of this thread, so please stay on topic discussing Ethereum.

I think before 2 years or 18 months , litecoin went upto $140 i remember those days i was working in faucethub sincerely. But then it dropped back to $70 , then as low as $29. Litecoin can only be earned from faucets as far as i know.

Does it worth earning, considering how it dropped from a total sum of $140 to $29 . This shows that it is not going to be a good coin to invest in . dogecoin is even far better than litecoin . I wonder what caused the drop .

Well, bitcoin went high to 20,000 USD in 2017 before dropping to below 10,000 and now nearing 10,000 again. Ask yourself is it worth it to invest?

I dont think it can reach such price , because as etherum price increases s so bitcoin price might also ,so I think its going to be very difficult for it to reach such price
