One of the major considerations when it comes to the utilisation of any cryptocurrency is the transaction fee the supply and perhaps the time that it takes to confirm a transaction. These are some of the areas where the traditional crypto currencies such as bitcoin are starting to lack in terms of high transaction fees that could take long times to confirm. Altcoins however do not have this problem as many of them are confirmed from seconds to minutes and with low transaction fees. Therefore do you believe that altcoins will soon replace the traditional mainstream crypto currencies such as bitcoin and ethereum?

Not by the reason you stated. Transaction fee will not stop people from trading with the tip coins, the top coins are the most widely used in the world. They can't be displaced.

I don't think so it will, because the fees are charged base on the transaction volume and capital base of a crypto. As far as other Cryptos still experience low transaction there fees will still remain low.

Apart from litecoin and ripple, I don't see any altcoins that still has low transaction fee. Ethereum is an altcoin and still has high fee. So this is not the basis to determine its popularity.

There are also coins like dogecoin and digibyte that are also able to offer you low transaction fees which can definitely be helpful if you are looking to withdraw or transact with these coins.

Tron has low transaction fees so does Solana. Transaction fees is very important. Imagine being charged $200 for a transfer of $200 worth of coins or even more.

That is ridiculous. I think that the only concern that i have with tron and solana is that it is not accepted at many of the places that use cryptocurrency as a form of payment. Bitcoin cash however is accepted.

Such are the fees for decentralized exchanges like Uniswap and Pancakeswap sometimes. I almost always use Tron if possible.

I don't know if altcoins will become more popular, but if I were in charge they would already be more popular. When I first started dabbling in cryptocurrency, I started with Bitcoin. But that was because i did know about "the others". But as soon as I found out about them and realized that the transactions processed faster, nobody had to sell me on altcoins. I love 'em!

Other cryptocurrency might be suitable for transaction because of its lower transaction fee but in general bitcoins will still lead as long as there is a crypto space because it is the one with the highest numbers of investors and the highest trading volume and market cap.

There's actually a lot. Bitcoin cash, dogecoin, bitcoin SV, SOL. BNB is not that expensive too.. trc-20 based coins are almost free to transfer.. so there's that.. pretty good coins to buy too in terms of.growth

I doubt that will happen anytime soon because people are still interested more in Bitcoin followed by eth. So I doubt any take over any time soon
