HYIP stands for high yield investment program. This type schemes usually provides much higher interest than the traditional deposits which makes it a center of attraction for the investors. But any HYIP which launch these days, are mostly scams and runs aways after some time of paying.

The reason behind is that the reputation of such schemes is already so spoiled, that even if any scheme tries to pay legitly, people won't trust them at all. Also the scam sites which promises to pay such high ROI, a legit site will definitely pay a reasonable price only. Hence will attract less investors. The image of this industry is ready spoiled and no ray of hope is there.

yes , hyips are such designed , most of the hyips have a target in their mind , before they have to pack bags and come out again with a new name , this is the trend and working of hyips , never choose such things , build your own business , start small test until you start getting it in your mind

Yeah mate, the hyips are only the profit of the site owners and the investors in the program of the hyips are just looted by showing high returns.

That is true, the name of hyips are already so spoilt due to the previous several scams. While the legit ones only pay so less that very few people get attracted to them. But those which are scams still come up because there are people who still fall victims to them.

Yeah mate, only the first group of investors get paid in profit, the late investors end up making huge loss from their investment.

You are right. The world of HYIP's attracts many scammers. And it also attracts many people who don't know a lot about investing and come with greed looking for an easy way to get rich. The combination of these two is an extraordinary amount of people getting scammed.

Just for understanding, if HYIP basically is pure scam and no legit site around why this is still a topic here in the forum? If investors just get ripped off, put a "do not use HYIP" sign and close the HYIP forum. Don't give the scammers a platform, there is not a single site marked as legit. This fact says more than anything else.
there needs to be some protection to investors, specially to freshmen, so they put their money not to Ponzi schemes. This just brings frustration and good people turn away from crypto

do you have a positive experience with one page, over a long time? Which has a long time track record with continuous payouts over time? I started to investigate HYIP some time before, but decided to step away since the risk of loosing my investment outweighed the potential of yield. nevertheless It would be very great to understand where is some safer place in the HYIP world, even if the yield would not be this huge then.

It was back in 2016, when I invested on a HYIP that almost paid me interest for 1 year. I had cahsed out all my deposit. I have forgotten the name, but that hyip was really popular at that time.

I remember my days with liberty reserve. I had around 200 usd in my Liberty reserve wallet before it vanished. I lost all the money.

And the hyip site was not justbeenpaid. but I still not able to remember the exact name. Will have to search for it now in google.

Well that's very sad to read that you lost such amount. Guess we can't be 100% safe for this in every online business- not your keys, not your crypto.
Therefore I want to excel at the due diligence where I invest.
For the HYIP pages I guess I will continue to stay away.

The love of money is the root of all kind of evil. Innocent people are victims of HYIPS. Greedy wicked people are behind website creators. Thousands of HYIPs came & disappear one day with our money. None of them are legit in this forum. I noticed that most of them are registered in UK.

The truth is that only 1 percent of hyip site are actually geniue, majority of hyip platforms are naturally not consistent after some time they will pack off after scamming people of their money

Yeah mate, that's true most of the hyips are created for the income of it's admin, yet investors put their money in it for better returns.

In this forum, I checked with HYIPs forum 2304 pages of threads posted. It means around 23,000 threads posted, none of them are legit paying. Still greedy people are posting threads daily. No control over them.

But mate, it's the responsibility of the members of a forum to keep the forum updated with latest hyips, and hyips are truly unpredicable.

Well, pertaining to the question on why the reputation of HYIP is so spoiled this days. I think the way the trends of thing has been on HYIP has made it look like more of a scam to people. Some have the intention to steal away people's investment after meeting their target
Yeah mate, that's what the purpose of hyip was when it was created, to show bait and attract people to the program and then steal their money.
