Last week i tried to withdraw my earnings in my PayPal account. Since it was my first time to withdraw I thought it's gonna be smooth transactions..but after 5 days they email me saying invalid information tho i know i give the right information about my name should i include my middle name or what? Is it really whole full name? Anyone can help me, instead of 10$ i can withdraw, PayPal deducted some fee because it says invalid because not successfully transferred on my bank account. I earn hard that money in 2 months and more and it's not easy to earn that..And it upset me, Pretty sure all my bank account number was right either.

Maybe you can contact PayPal yourself? Ask them why it says invalid.What went wrong with the transaction,etc. Wait few days and maybe they gonna respond to you.If they ask you for some personal info do not be afraid to give it to them.I know how it feels because I have had issues with PayPal too.. issues with not being able to withdraw.

Anyways I haven't talk to them yet, but for sure there's a reason why it's invalid..too bad there's a deduction fees become of that, next transactions it won't happen again. And sucks sometimes that you earn hard that money and there's a deduction fees and it makes me upset.

If you opened a PayPal business account, there will be costs. PayPal individual account is free. Always use your real mames when opening PayPal account. Make sure to validate it with your credit card. Don't share your password.

I followed all this steps and my first payment was going well.

Also talk with your bank. Maybe they don't support online transactions and that is why you are experiencing problems.

you should contact them, nobody but them can say what could be the problem.
I had a similar situation a few months ago when I tried to withdraw money to my bank account but I couldn't. I asked them why and they called me few hours later and explained the reason. Their support is probably one of the most helpful and they answer pretty quickly if you have any problems or concerns.

Maybe you forgot your login details a little bit but then if you're sure the details are correct then contact their support team because they are usually helpful and they do reply to the questions.

Maybe is really your name. Im not sure but i think have to be exactly the same information that you have in your bank ( name, adress,etc...)

Perhaps you have entered incorrect information which has resulted in the error message "Invalid Information"? However, I'm not to sure. Hope you get this sorted!

That's right we might not be privy to the information you need or reasons for this invalid clicks,so you contact in the forms you think you can,it only support that can clarify this issue and try to correct it once and for all to avoid this deductions.

I don't get what do you mean by invalid information. What specific information which is valid? As far as I know you can't make any withdrawal unless you supply the correct information, but according to your statement you made a withdrawal.

When regards to PayPal deduction, it's a part of the transaction. It's not too much. We may call it "service charge" unless the payor himself shoulders that charge.

Very like the name on your account is different from the name you use to open your PayPal account or may be open a business PayPal account or your details are not complete may you entered in complete name. Please do verify your details again or contact the support service.

There could be many reasons for that error message. I'll suggest you to check with PayPal support, call them or email them and describe the complete issue and I'm sure It'll be sorted out soon.

I think you should first apply your full name ,then i think later you can now ask for withdrawals and if its still invalid then i think you should contact PayPal support they would give suggestions

I will even suggest that he contact paypal support first because I have read something similar in other thread,that fellow was given instruction on how to recover his account,but never mind I think that he can try this option and see if its work before contacting paypal all the same

Most times PayPal support actually takes time before everything responding so if he is need of the money urgently then he could first try the first method

Yes that is true it is better to excercise patience when you contact the paypal support department,when you do this I think they do check ticket randomly sometime your ticket may come first and get respons sometime it may be last,as for the money if he need the money urgently let him first talk to the support department he may luckyly get fast responds.

Maybe there's a slight difference on your name and details on your bank account and PayPal you're trying to send into. Happened to me before and all i did is to make another account and send it there.
