Yeah you are right , the founder of Bitcoin is Satoshi Nakamoto , so from his name , the word Satoshi came. And as you said , some people bought bitcoins or got bitcoins from the faucets when the price was very low like $1 and now they are ultra rich people , but sone of those richees have forgot their Bitcoin wallet private key lol.
