Don't you think there will be a breach of eBay rules and regulations by those sellers because eBay won't suspend their accounts for no reason.

they should have received an email for the reasons why their accounts got suspended, ebay has been there for a while and has reputation already, don't think they wud just ban for no reasons

I think what could be getting their accounts suspended is when they go against st the site policies or offer product not supported by the site ,however they can switch to social media promotion.

well there are, but you can still see people selling serial keys and ebooks that they don't even own, such as windows keys and office keys

Then they should stop such act before they will get them selves into trouble .
Most site will always want to protect the image of the site , by not taking gradually with people that go against their policies

ebay is mostly against digital items, they don't like that period. Sellers may have their accounts up for a time period but ebay will eventually take them down.

If eBay is against digital products and meant for only physical products then digital products should opts for Shopify, wix and the rest of them .

eBay doesn't allow sales of digital codes if any engage in such his or her account will be suspended secondly some people don't list their digital products in the right section otherwise eBay allow sales of digital products that can be downloaded or send via email.

Isn't a random occurrence. There must have been breaches of company rules. I know sellers who haven't had issues like the aforementioned.

you can still see a lot of digital products being sold there, ebay is actually flooded with them, just try searching for a software key there and you will be surprised

Probably that is why those accounts are easily suspended though some people may do it and scale through while some will be victim.

Not even Paypal is kind enough when it comes to digital items, if you receive a lot of money through Paypal by selling digital items you'll soon get banned by them.

not really, even accounts that are selling products that aren't digital still get suspended when listing their first item, some of them succeed to get his account unsuspended and some not

Do they care to confirm from their support service to know the problem because some of my referals are facing similar challenges that there IP is same as mine when I don't even know them nor their location. Sometimes the internet can be unpredictable.

i believe ebay.uk is the only one that has a chat support, in the other countries you have to personally call them to solve your issue

That might be difficult , a standard site should have a mobile and email support services that should be responsive to queries by members.

Staying safe in every site is the best but people careless about going through instructions nor procedures of a site otherwise no problem will be faced when right things are done either on amazon, eBay, olx, shopify, woo commerce etc.

This is hard truth we face problems when we do not read the tos before joining a website and if someone does this he do not knows where he has breached the law and might be doing it continually

A lot of digital products being sold are not owned by the sellers and are being sold without the knowledge and permission of the owners
