For me its Stake. They have both casion(1% house edge) and sportsbook(3% comission) in one platform only.

No kyc, and crypto based. Also, They are pretty respected in the industry with with no scam accusations against them on bitcointalk.

Issue with 1xbit is that they have a lot of scam accusations against them, which they haven't resolved satisfactorily to the community's expectation. Wouldn't recommend to play there.

I have tried btc365,and yes it is a combination of all I think, and kinda fast withdrawal
