Maybe the person want to claim multiple times from an airdrop platform or others ,because to me that's very strange because only if ne is enough

I can say that my binance has never had any issues receiving or transferring doge coin and neither have I heard it too so I can say that one can transact with binance easily.

Not sure if coinomi has any limit since i haven't reached that yet.. however it allows to create a lot of addresses for a lot of coins including dogecoin
