I think you should find a way of converting your money first to USDT because it's stable and serves as a good base currency. Then access justswap.io from your wallet dapp browser to exchange to any coin of your choice. Very low fees. I use it on Tron wallet.

I think most sites do not allow low volume purchase . However you can try link wallet but that if it is available in your country . It allows low purchase of cryptocurrency or swapping of one coin for another

That's been my guess aswel because you wake-up in the morning and you find the fees are at a $1 and next its 50cent,its ridiculous and will make it impossible for small transaction.It's better you resort to a platform that can help you perform small transaction regardless.Thanks for that suggestion and lije you said hope its not geo restricted.

That's why I advised you to change your Fiat to usdt first and store it. You'll definitely need a credit card as it's the cheapest. With the usdt in your wallet, visit the website in your wallets dapp browser and exchange. It's instant.

Yeah that's what I think also because buying crypto currency straight without first buying to usdt there might be some certain minimum investment

You can buy directly if you want but it must be with your credit card but I prefer buying usdt which is stable. Then I can convert to any altcoins of my choice.

I recommend using the btc wallets provided by epayments like webmoney or payeer.With the epayment wallets,you can exchange your currency available at a very low price.Depositing to the wallets or withdrawal charge a very small fee.I just stop using some local bitcoin exchangers because if the high fee charges.You only need one wallet to receive several payments with different currencies but I think they are restricted to some countries.At some point VPN is not accepted .

Yeah the use of vpn I'd definately not encourage as you could lose your money.I don't know about web money but as for payeer i think they have instant transaction for buying digital currency such as Euro,dollar and btc but transaction and thresholds are rather high.
