My younger sister just graduated from high school and he needed a job to start making some money for high upkept,she dosn't like forum work which online business will you recommend for her she can read and write very well and she is always online.

those sites doesn't really pay well also we don't know if they live in the first world or the third world, I see that writing is better because with time it will be her skill

that's right those sites are amazing for writers, also I can add Medium and Hubpages to write there and get paid when people read and visit their artciles this without worknig on fiverr and waiting clients

It would be useful to know how much money you are looking to make ~

Sites like fiverr can make an income (as long as you have some kind of skill) in countries with low living expenses, but I dont see earning enough money to live in the US etc there.

Running your own blog takes quite some time to build up a reader base and start earning money, not some quick cash, but it is a good idea for the long term.

Blog is for long term and more harder to monetize than freelance writing yup. If she's able then maybe she should do both, freelancing to get some money and starting to build her own blog for the future.

You forgot to mention skills, since skills do matter on freelancing site. On fiverr, once you have developed a reputation and good reviews you can start charging more.

She could also sign up for survey sites and take job offers on picoworker and microworker to earn some money then start an offline business if she want to ,from the money she earned .

Yes, but a big difference - cost of living.

In a low-income country I think it is probably quite easy to earn a living doing freelance - there are countries in the world where you can live on $5 a day, or less. If you live in the US then freelance might not be enough to live on - at least not without a lot of work.
