It is quite unfortunate that I dont know much about programming except the names only. Now, I honestly want to learn programming to help manage my sites. But, presently am so occupied and dont have the time to learn anything now.

You don't need to learn everything at once, but you can learn the basics of html, php and javascript which are languages used to create websites. each language has its role in the construction of a web page. The html for example is the structure of a page as if it were the skeleton, javascript is used to manipulate some dynamic functions on the page such as showing names on the screen, time or some kind of widget that requires user input on the other side from the screen, now with php you create registration forms, send emails and everything that requires a registration in your site's database.

I don't know much about programming, but recently I started to learn programming language. When I wanted to start, I enquired from people which programming language can I learn first. Those that I ask did not give me specific answer, but rather give me a list of programing languages I can choose from. After thinking about it, I decided to start with python. I choose python because I believe it give background knowledge about most of the programming language.

Great choice python covers a little bit of every area in programming, web and desktop. Python is considered a high-level language, meaning its semantics is easy to learn and program as well. It is also interesting to point out that with python you can create hacking tools for vulnerability testing and the like and you can go to the cybersecurity side, people who work in this area usually earn a good salary.

really if I had to choose only 1 programming language I would stay with Python for its simplicity and usability and secondly it would be JavaScript since it offers millions of possibilities with it also C ++ is very well I advise you to start with Python if you are a beginner

It is not your choice but what was required from you, sometimes you are fluent at develloppement in React and Node but company imposes Vue JS and Node then it is not your own choice but company choice you are going to work with them unless it is freelancing staff.

In my case, it was my choice since I learned independently, I chose Python because after trying some other languages I saw that it was the most appropriate for me to address what was the basic understanding of programming and it really worked.

Also for Excel there is VB Code or VB Script or VB Programmation where you execute script on VBA to run an Excel code. This is not out of programmation as many are thinking these days.

exact programming is a skill and this can be used to generate profits but for this you must create a product, there are programmers who are dedicated to creating free software but they are really few, so generally if you want to learn programming it is because you hope to get a monetary return on this skill

It would have been a great knowledge if I knew one method of programming. These is language that they use to interpret which is called BASIC, I have no idea of it since it is not my field but it is required of everybody to be vast in knowledge, that is to have idea of all things.

I understand you wish to learn programming. But you don't need to know about programming to create and run website effectively. I know a lot of people who are running a website but they don't know anything about programming.

I learnt c programming language, reason because when you learn C programming language, you can easily transit effortlessly to other languages, and knowing that c programming language is the mother of many programming language

My first programming language o learnt was python programming language, because it is assumed to be beginner friendly, and a newbie to programming can easily adapt to it, but I would have like to learn C or C++ though.

well as I think I wrote in another thread related to programming in my case I chose to start with Python because I think its commands are very simple if you are beginners since they are very intuitive and then I learned about JavaScript, but if you are definitely starting I would bet on Python

Python is just the backend framework you need a frontend framework like React JS to link with Python with Django as your backend. Or some people use Angular JS as frontend framework for Python code. This is a requirement for full Python application from backend or frontend.
