For me, it doesn't matter the minimum payout but I know for you do matters. How to earn BMF?

Cashout:
I use my credit card to send you payments for the posting services you provide here, as per terms, the receiver of the money pays the fee. I have a business account and will not send so many times "money to friends" and pay the fee because I want to keep my account SAFE. That's the truth!

You should ask PayPal for that, we don't take any fees, PayPal does.

Why I don't get the bonus after inviting a friend?

A referral must be valid before you get bonus, when they publish 100 messages they are valid.

I choose Perfect Money, I can use it to fund my pandaclix account. But can it set to mininum of $2 for perfect money? The fee is low in my opinion

It's ok for me to cashout by bitcoin since I just started my bitcoin journey. I think it is better if it is going to be an option for us to choose if we will cashout by cash or bitcoin. :)
