I store my cryptocurrency both on exchanges as well as wallets.

But I noticed one thing, I cannot withdraw cryptocurrency below the minimum limit fixed on Exchanges.

On wallets there are no such restrictions.

Suppose I need to pay a membership fee which is $3, I cannot send it or trade it because there is a fixed minimum limit that is already set for withdrawals by the Exchange.

What are your thoughts on this?

Same with me. A crypto wallet with membership fees? Maybe they're giving members something of value to cover for the fees. It's better they tell members to stake their native token for some pecks. That's more preferred.
It does not matter. Even if they are giving the world, I still don't think it us right to charge them a fee for their hard earned tokens. I hope that brother finds peace and withdraws all he has on that wallet. I don't think they mean well.

These days, most exchanges as well serve as wallets. People are encouraged to save in the exchange just because they can easily lock their coins for more earning on the locked coin. Wallets like Trustwallet is hardly used these days.

most especially in times of urgency and others , there is also the peer to peer trading option available on most exchange platform and I think this is another reason why many would choose to store their cryptocurrency there I think
Your point is cleverly worded because the peer-to-peer platform is a very effective channel that you could adopt because of its credibility. Most importantly the peer-to-peer platforms on cryptocurrency exchanges like kucoin and binance. I have tried them and they are credible.

This is the first time that I am hearing of a crypto wallet with a membership fee. Sounds like a crazy thing. And it is pure extortion. If they are to do this on every of their customers, I am sure they will be out of customers after a long time.

It is not membership fees exactly, you guys read it wrong. READ my thread once again 😊 It is the MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL from an exchange.

This is applicable on most crypto exchanges including Binance.

Oh sorry. My bad. I read through someone's comment and I got it all wrong. But almost all cryptocurrency exchange channels have their minimum withdrawal rates. And I think it is to help the users but in the end they charge service fees. Right?

Yes. Wallets are just for storing. Nothing more. With exchanges, you can play for your crypto by trading, staking, etc. You can buy which crypto is gaining well. It's also much easier to withdraw via crypto network or peer to peer.
