I'm curious to know which are the countries who have already started the procedure for Central Bank Digital Currency?

I'm aware of Sweden and China who have already started experimenting and are in the developing phase. Very soon India would join the list.

The cryptocurrency disease has started spreading like wild fire, very soon more country will join. I dream a world of were there will be no flat currency only digital.

I think Zambia is in the move of having their own digital currency too but i don't know if they have actually started the necessary and process i think

Sweden and China were among the first countries to lanuch their own digital currencies. I don't know exactly whether lndia and Morocco have also launched their own, but I remember reading they were also planning to launch their own.

They were truly quick to run it I think because they know the benefit attached to launching it , do they have to launch it real quick to earn the cash they are willing to earn

I think these countries do it in a hasty way because they have to take many factors into consideration, and make efforts so that their citizens can be making use of the currency with less problems.

The one that I know is Morocco. I read that their central bank is finally adopting the digital currency and are in the process of making one for the country. The central bank in my country Kenya is still against the Cryptocurrencies, though there are no constitutional regulations against it.

I only know of China, however, some countries are now accepting bitcoin as a legal means of exchange. I expect digital currencies to be in full effect years to come.
