Yeah, that is a clever trick they use to attract more people to scam. The low minimum investment makes many people try it and so the scammers earn a higher collective amount and go scam.

Many people have learnt to take advantage of this fact and have earned well. They just invest a low amount as soon as the site is launched and many get the payment. Only that you can't rely on this as the system may change and they scam from the begining.

Try to to invest in cryptocurrencies, buy bitcoin when the market price is low and sell it when high. Use your hard earned money wisely, don't try hyips programs.

$1 is too small for any tangible investment. Try to be active on beermoneyforum, you'll get up to $10. You can try to trade cheap altcoins and earn little money or do some other stuff.

It has become quite hard to find some legit and paying investment sites as most of them are scam only so invest properly!

Not sure if that is true. All hyips scam and I have not seen much difference in the time lines of HYIPs with different minimums. HYIP is a big risk whatever you invest.
