I think you can have some books on Amazon prime with that amount.Amazon sell the books for you and you make passive income from it. You just need to pay good writers on freelaning sites to write for you. Get a designer to design the cover and you are done.

i suggest you to create an app in Play store and make ads on it, you should look for someone can do that for you perfectly, do an app which do a good content (i don't know select any good field).

Or you can invest that money to create a site in the internet ( Drop shipping ) if you like that field
