You are right about that but it happens on a rare level because I know of some businesses that has run for years with no signs but are making it big. Customers don't get them, they get to customers.

As my business is teaching, writing, editing and sometimes drawing and photograph, my main idea to improve my business is to find additional platforms where to sell my services or to earn by sharing my crafts. That seems to be true I think its true before you start any business you need to have an idea about it not doubt conduct survey and questionaire ask people what they will like to see in that visinity then come out with a good business idea you can then put those plans into action,I beleive if that is done success will take a part in such business
