stumbled before at a site named ore-mine.com but never had a chance to understand how it works, only got interested when advent of faucets like donaldcoin.com came about but suddenly most faucets closed after the adsense ban, I had no doubts that will go viral I just didn't spend to purchase one but simply relied on faucets.

We all were like that , wondering what is this thing ? How does it work XD I remember I had no clue what I'm getting into but when I realized how good it is I was like yeah !!!

cheers to that! let's see how BTC will bring a change to the world if it can surpass and totally remove the use of fiat money in the future and people simply use cryptocurrency,,,
I honestly doubt it will... Government won't allow it. If big countries gather together and decide to go against it then bitcoin will be vanished.. or the price might go down tremendously.

Yes true enough, but with the advent of these cryptocurrency more and more people are now into these digital currency which may shift one's faith to their own paper currency and if this happens those money or bills will lose its value, which in the first place has no true value at all compared to gold etc, but let's see how BTC will work out...

Found out about Bitcoin mining. It does seem interesting but am not sure how to go about it. Any leads would be nice.

most btc mining sites are scams especially the likes oh hashocean,bitsrapid,cldmine,ore-mine,topmine etc (new mining sites with the same schemes as mentioned sites that requires for investment you should stay away), you can simply start with faucets like freebitco.in, bestchange faucet to name a few. some legit free mining site I found so far is eobot as you don't need to invest yet you are given 1 doge coin daily upon logging in which you can start to purchase for SHA(power) that will mine for any cryptocurrency that you wish to mine, plus it has also its own faucet that you can claim daily. or if you have some funds go directly buy BTC and wait when its value starts to go up.

The thing is that powerful countries won't allow the paper currency to vanish.. To many people are using it right now and I'm sure they gonna be working really hard to protect it. Digital currency cannot be printed .. imagine all the money printing factories that will close and stuff.

Mining bitcoins is possible with your PC ( not recommended ), it is possible by buying a mining rig or simply paying cloud mining services to do that for you.How do they do that ? Well they have their own rigs placed somewhere on earth and they basically getting money from you and putting you in a contract which gives you the opportunity to earn from them. One of the most popular cloud mining service is Genesis Mining

I am already familiar about Bitcoin several years ago, even when it is new, since I have been working online many years ago. However, I never had an interest then until this year when I joined Bit Soap Box, where I earned most of my earnings through Bitcoin.

Whats that website about ? How does it work ? How much can you earn ?

How did you learn about BTC? Was there any specific reason why you decided to try a cryptocurrency like BTC? You had any doubts that its gonna go viral ?
I have learned about Bitcoin on earning websites.I have been active on many faucet sites but it is as low pace to earn satoshis. But I invested in some sites and had success and had a bigger return.

I know that Bitcoins has a big success and I think that is not gonna to change, what even more his value will rise with every year.

I´m learning through the web, by myself and once a week a group of friends talk about what we are doing. I try Bitcoin because is the emblematic coin. Why cryptocurrencies? Well, I was for about to invest in that UBER taxi service, but a friend told me that was not good moment to invest in that, so, here I am; I was told about this "risk capital" and I trust and try.
Viral? It will. Not yet, but wait the next years to come.

...mining...? That my friend, is the most difficult concept to understand when you are involved in cryptocurrencies. Not about the word "mining", it could be the word fishing or harvesting; is about what happens when you are "mining".
The fact that you are in a Faucet (exposing yourself to adds so you can claim satoshis), or in a Hyip (risk capital invest), or doing surveys (working), or by seeing adds (exposing yourself to adds to get a payment), that is not mining.
Mining is, as I understand so far, to make your computer a node for a specific coin to help to certify transactions between users using that coin. The more nodes (computers) you have, the more success you will have; that is the reason of those large computer farms mining. All coins can be mined. Some are easy as the coin is not popular and some others are very expensive due value and popularity...bitcoin...
You can try to mine: Bullcoin and NEM.... here are the sites: bullcoin.io and nem.io Download nano wallets and try it.

Are there any websites that allow bulletcoin and nem coin exchange ? I mean they are not familiar to me for some reason.. What makes them good to mine btw?

I learned Bitcoin from a friend but I did extra work of searching and reading it online. I may say that I am not knowledgeable about the in and out of it but I already started my journey in earning bitcoins for free last week in some free earning websites like https://freebitco.in. ( I am still looking for good sites to earn bitcoins).

I decided to try it because in my opinion it is so promising in the long run. :)

An Indian Bitcoin wallet website called Unocoin was giving $3 equivalent of Bitcoin for joining their site and verifying my identity. I gave it a try and got the BTC. I didn't cashout that and after a month its value became $7. So, I became curious to know what it is and studied many blogs to know clearly about it.

Exchanges sites: Bullcoin - curex & ccex (look at the bottom of main site page) and NEM is almost in every exchange like poloniex or bittrex.
All coins were created from a project. They did a "pre-lunch" creating the Token Name (coin name) and withe paper, then the ICO (Initial Coin Offering), and finally to exchanges. If they succeed you will see it in the exchanges and you can start to trade to give value upon demand.
I put those two sites for no particular reason, I guess those are examples showing that any coin can be mined; Better practice than theory to understand what is all about.

I think I was member of one of the forum where someone posted the coinchat related information. You can see that the bitcoin was not much hype at that time. They were barely going 1000$. And this made me worry a lot at that time about earning. Because earning was not that easy. But then learned faucet and other sites are good with the bitcoin displaying. So I think that's how I got into the bitcoin boom.
