Check for prices on NameCheap or NameSilo. They also often give some promotional coupons with some discount so try to find it.

I think namecheap has it. Also gandi.net is another website that does allow european domains. so it's definitely possible. one just have to find out the domain registrar with multiple country support. I think it works through them.
