WhatUsersDo is a website, apps or prototype testing platform where you will be testing different website and apps for usability. The tests are done with a desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet. You can apply to become a usability tester if you live in the United States, the UK, France, Germany or the Netherlands. The company uses a software recording package that must be downloaded and installed on your computer. You will also need a microphone in order to do this job. Each test requires you to record your screen and talk during the test. You will follow a set of instructions and record your thoughts as you are doing each test.

How Does it Work?
  • If you live in one of the countries named above, you can register with this site.
  • Submit your application to the company.
  • In order to finish the application process, you must take a user test and send this to the company.
  • In order to do the test, you'll need to download and install the recording software on your computer.
  • You'll need a microphone to do the test.
  • Once you start the test it must be completed.
  • During the test, you can start and top the screen recorder to read the instructions.
  • Each instruction that is given to you must be completed.
  • You must talk during the test and tell the company what you are seeing, if you have any issues, and what you think of the site. This is the most important part of the test. The company wants to make sure you can tell a person about the site and what you feel about this. You need to be honest and tell them exactly what you see and how hard or easy the site is to you.
  • You will receive your test results back from the company in the form of an email. You will find out if you've passed or failed the test.
  • Once you've passed the test, your name will go into the tester pool. At this time you'll need to sit back and just wait for the company to invite you to take a test.
How Do You Earn?
  • Normally a person receives 3 to 5 invitations each month.
  • You will test different website or even apps.
  • The amount of money you earn is supplied with the test.
  • Each test takes around 20 minutes to complete.
How Are You Paid?
  • The company pays once a month.
  • On the 25th of each month, you'll receive your money to your PayPal account. if this fall on a weekend or a holiday, you'll be paid on the next business day for the company.

For the very first time I'm hearing about the site name whatusersdo.com, you review about this site legit that is really good, if you could post some payment proof from other users then it would be more clear you know!

I never heard about this. Have you seen any member's from India there?
As always, survey sites are not for India. There are too many internet users and too less low paid tasks which will make you bored. Citizenme, Streetbees, India speaks etc are good for Indian users.

Testing based and the feedback based app and sites are worth checking out. Though whatusersdo is more into UX collection. I am not sure how the data collection is going to help in this case though. I meant to say how come the data finding is going to be working on that part. I have noticed in the same case it'd be reasonable to consider such data may has it's own set of issues as well. No idea how reliable it'd be.

Yes, surveys are not good for tier 3 countries. Very few surveys and most of them will reject us from joining. It will tell us that we are not qualified.

Thanks for sharing this information for tier 3 countries where I live. I rather not waste my time registering and eventually get rejected from joining and being disqualified for the just a few surveys available. I guess this is just not worth my time really.

This site is new to me. I am actually working at 3 testing sites. I could see that some posters stated that they are still waiting to be paid. I don't think that I will join this one. Moreover, there are no proof of payments.

Same here, I'm still waiting for some payment proofs to be shown before I dive into this considering it requires some things such as a microphone and so on.

What Users Do is a website that performs user testing. This involves recording your screen while completing tasks. I don't find there to be as many tests available on this website as with others I have tried, but they do target their tests, sending them out to less people at a time. As such you have a larger time frame within which you can accept a test. New tests are sent to you through email. They pay out once a month through PayPal. I'm getting £8 a test and they've also just started running them on tablets and phones.

That site seems great! and the part I am most curious of.. the referral program! could you let me know of the detail of the referral program a little more? Thanks!

I have not worked on any testing site before, for those of you who are already into it, please is it open for everyone and what are the basic requirements?.

Read about this site on Forum coins did my research and found out my country wasn't eligible for this.Africans are the worse hit when it comes to working online.

You really don't require a webcan, a microphone is enough since they only record your voice. It seems there are mixed reviews though I say somewhere that there is no withdrawal minimum.

My sister signed up here. And said first few days was real good. Then.. things slowed way down. I assume they give you work to get you excited and for them to make money off of you.. then slow it down. Ill pass on it.

i wonder is these money makinng website is

I guess the factors rwsponsible for all these non eligibilty has to do with the factors African countries is never in thier target list or resource region but i pray things get better

Introducing WhatUsersDo
They pay £8 for each test, which takes about 15 minutes, and pay out each month by PayPal. They are a UK company and have great support too.

However, like all the mystery shopping assignments, its first-come-first-served and tests can come through at any time of the day or night.

all you need is a computer and a mic to register your voice

You can earn some extra money by telling your friends about WhatUsersDo and get paid $2 when each of them successfully completed their first client test for us.
everything is explained in this video :

That's it make your first dollar online no more ptc and low earning survey sh**t;););)

Thanks for your update but since you wrote that the test can come anytime does it mean you can access the from the site or you will be communicated via email? You also wrote that the test is based on first come first serve does it mean the tests are limited?

Is this website available world wide? what are the requirements and how do they save our screen? do they install any software or what? i am interested.

It is actually better than the PTCs as to earning but my challenge is I don't have mic to perform such now and I am also been considerate of the data i will consume and what I will earn from the task
