I see. Did you check out their style guides? Accuracy and adherence to guidelines are very important when doing captioning and transcribing. Which site did you use?

Yes, I do read style guides twice before I start working on the transcription. I probably have the issue when it comes to transcription accuracy because at times I can't really recognize a word that's spoken too quickly.

Rev.com, GoTranscript, SpeechPad, Appenscribe are the ones I've visited that let me do a transcription test so far.
I only passed on SpeechPad and Appenscribe.

Yes, sometimes it is hard to identify the words even when I play back the audio at lower speed, I still have doubts since some words sound similar.

Yeah, man. I even use ExpressScribe for reducing background noise and slowing down the audio, but it's not enough I guess.

I agree that one needs to have interest or you will eventually burn out and falter towards the end. I have seen many people working pretty hard when they started but they ended up abandoning their projects to earn money elsewhere.

I noticed from a lot of people, they will start earning online and stay for few weeks or months. If they think it doesn't work for them, they will leave the online earning world. They are lacking with perseverance. They don't even think they will reap the fruits of their labor eventually if they will invest some time working online.

Yeah, I know that when a man open up or starts a new business or enterprises, if he did not have the ability to persevere, he will eventually close down his business with his own hands. Punctuality may be the soul of a business bit perseverance is the strength that sustains the business.

I have to say that I can't do more time but I can do better. There is a few of us in the house, and only one computer. Also, my parents are not in favor of the internet UNLESS I am making some money with it.
