I know one of the things to start earning from Google Adsence is to achieve 4000 watching hours. You also have to talk about a topi that interest a lot of people get more audience. But what else should somebody do to rock on it?

if you have good designing skills then you can go do POD (print on demand).there are lots of POD site some of then is Redbubble.com,teespring,teepublic,and merch by amazone but i did not got any sale yet because my design are WORSE....there are some people saying this kind of site steal your designs but i also see so many people who follow the proper strategy of POD which include proper designing,following the trend and more,with that you can make good amount of $$$.i prefer its better to start with RB,TS and TB.
remember who follow the POD strategy properly they are the ones who can make $$$.

This is a very good business tip, I remember someone who was making money from POD for t-shirt , you can still work on your design skills to be more perfect. I will like you to share me the needed stuffs to get get started on POD.

That's a big challenge though my country open few terminals for shipping but honestly the cost of shipping is higher at the moment which will discourage the busines.

That is true , the spread of the virus has just began in some regions and country so selling the above items will be a lucrative business now. I don't this is ideal time for drop shipping .
