Since forex market is a risky one, there are high chances of losing money in some point of stage. People profits and loose here, but the poeple who lose money are more than who are getting consistent profits here.

When a trader makes excessive consecutive loss, emotions like fear, anxiety, will start to cover up his mind. At that time, trader may feel depressed too. It is best to pause yourself from trading for some time. Go out for a walk, and get refreshed. The emotions that losing money will give is instantaneous. Try to avoid emotions ans prepare for better future trading.

Investment is a risk taking. Once there is loss of money no matter how small it is, it's get down on the person emotional. The best thing to do in a situation like this is to take it low. Don't stay in the gathering of people that will mock your loss.
Also prepare your mind for a better investment.
In such a time it is very important to contain the emotions. If we flow with the emotion and trade with it, the loss will start to increase. It is better to stop at that time and get fresh air then only we should analyse why the loss occurred.

Losing a lot of money in trading is quite depressing. When i lose money i will try and calm myself first and think about what gone wrong. Basically trying to cheer myself up and try to learn from it

In such conditions you need to handle pressure and don't panic and don't take another useless trade . Because they give more and more losses . So in this condition you need to find what's going wrong and improve those losing side.

Yeah mate, don't panic, and never lose hope, just try on improving your mistakes as then only you'll have experience for future.

Such instant and excessive loss can give you so many emotions all at once indeed. It is best to take sometimes off to first deal with emotions and mental health problems that come from the loss. Then you also need to analyse your trading and find out why there were such losses.

Yes atleast one time in our life we will face the bad situation but we will learn alot from the loss, so it will teach us that how to get sucess

Yeah mate, always treat your failure as a teaching and gain experience from it, to not repeat the mistake again, don't scare from failure, it happens to everyone.

Get hold of your remains and go back to the drawing board. Nice tips here, but I think you should take a break from investing or trading for a while.

I think it's better to take a break so as to cool off .Loses comes with psychological emotions if it is not properly managed can lead to depression and other mental health.so taking breaking a break for sometime can be the perfect remedy.

That is very true its the best to take a break after getting some loss if you continue to trade with that mindset I think that you might get more loss, emotion is another factor, analys the cause of that loss and why the loss occure then you can reopen another trade and trade properly

My suggestion for the losers particularly for the experience of consecutive losses is to take a vacation. Maybe a week of rest from trading will you back your sanity to think of your position in the trading game. If you think you cannot recover the losses anymore then that should be the time to quit.

Settle the emotion, got back and track every detail till you find where you made the worst mistake and learn. Get up and take hold of what is left. Start again and implement what you have learnt.

I think one need to first work towards understanding the reason why he incurred the loss and then work towards making plans to avoid a repeat

I also think that the best step that we can take at that time is to wait before trading. There are many obstacles in any business let it be in forex, so we need not lose hope and try to regain our confidence to trade again.

Yes that is true the best option is wait and analys why you get such amount of loss when you made that research and know why you loss try correct the possible error after correcting the error then you can see if you can start trading again this time the loss will be minimize

I think traders should even note that it's not Everytime you make profit ,some people also make loss too , so it's best for the traders to manage the risk properly to avoid too much loss

That is right. Managing risks is the first step to preventing losses. This is by having first hand information and skills. But you know losses may still occur even if one has done the best to minimize the risk. So I advocate for also being flexible and resilient when losses occur so that you can identify causes and rectify them.

Yeah I have always have the thought of that , I think when you manage the risk properly on your business , you could have more gains and sucess at the end of the day
