I am building up a site, where some ad a might be the right way to cover costs. To define the fitting ad service I'd learn how to evaluate, compare and finally choose a good match. What should I look for in terms of small pages w/not many users at the beginning.

KPIs (key performance indicators) can be used to assess an advertising program's effectiveness. Many metrics are used as examples, including as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), impressions, and engagement rate. Businesses may enhance their advertising strategies and increase ROI by monitoring and evaluating the proper KPIs.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are crucial for determining whether an advertising program was successful. Click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and impressions are examples of common KPIs. In order to identify KPIs that will help you achieve your unique goals and objectives, it is crucial to periodically monitor and analyze the data.

Platforms like Google advertising employ a metric called Quality Score to rate the effectiveness of your advertising, keywords, and landing pages. Better ad placements and reduced expenses may result from a higher Quality Score.

When evaluating the right ad program, you should know much it cost to acquire a new customer or lead through the ad program. And also what percentage of people who see the ad click on it

For me, I consider the conversion rate as the number one business indicator of how effective an ad program is. Look at it. What is even the benefit of a high Click Through Rate if it doesn't end in conversion.
