APR stands for Annual Percentage Rate. In any buisness to prosper more, we need to take loans on interest. And the annual percentage rate is the amount of percentage a company has to pay for loan.

What should be a perfect APR for any business? Though it actually depends upon countries base interest rate. A thorough analysis should be carried out as to what should a perfect APR for a particular business. Becuase net revenue highly depends upon the APR.

I think a business shouldn't even go for loans that have high percentage of pay back. Such loans should be avoided. Any loan that will take up to 40% profit should be avoided

The APR of a loan always depends the source of the loan, the interest that banks or private sectors are place on loan is different and much than each other in the terms of competition. Some maybe 20%, 30% etc.

Depending on the business, 25% should be really ok for the business owner. Some loan requirements are really outrageous although.

25% profit is really a good amount. most of the business can't have that much of profit. What important is to have constant profit like this. But it is not practical to have that much profit always.

Your last line is the reality of things. Especially when it comes to commercial banks the loan percentage is just ridiculous and this keep people away from taking out loans

I think APR is set based on the amount the business makes and what they can afford to pay to investors. Most times APR reduces as the number of investors increase

Yes you are right, the APR will definitely reduce as the number of investors increase...
In my region, the APR of most business Enterprise is just way too much, it should be set at 25% atmost
That much APR is good. But isn't that much high. The interest should be low so that can support the business. I think it is too much to have 25%.

Exactly. Perhaps it was a typo because most Institutions offer APR below 16% and at times it doesn't worth it except if the person is putting in large amount of money

At some point everybody will need to take up loans for one reason or the other in order to take the business forward. This does not mean that the loan should have a telling effect on the business. The company should not be using more than 10% of its annual income on servicing of Debts especially when the business is still under 10 years.

8-15% for a starting year should be OK , if you know what you are doing and that should be consistent with a increase of 1-2% each year , after 10 years you have 10-22% and sometimes 32% each year and that is what most of the business In The market expect and want from their business in the long run ...

The kind of sectors that you have created the business and under the kind of economic conditions is going to depend and the influence how much your yield is going to be at the end of the year. Under favorable and normal conditions I am going to expect that it somebody who is investing good amount of money into a business should be saying nothing less than 15% of profit at the end of the year.

I am only going to be speaking based on my experience in the real estate industry and also the cryptocurrency industry. If you are going to invest a significant amount of money in the real estate industry then anything 10% of that money in a year is okay and you can be able to see it as a good investment. 15% in the cryptocurrency industry is normal.

I would agree to @ashimkate , that when starting no business can produce a guaranteed of 25% for Apyr so it is always best to go for lower Apyr , most banks offer loans at double interest rates than normal banks in my country ; so you have to say that it costs about 30% at this time and about 10% of debt financing Per year ; I agree to that too ; because peers do say you need time to setup a business and scale it ; so 10 years is not much and it must not be rushed in business especially

It depends. In our country, different banks have different apr on interest on different businesses. Most of the loans have around 11% to 15% apr. But some businesses have lower. Like if you take loan for agriculture sector, then the interest rate in some banks are round 8% to 9%...

The interest rates have gone up with the inflation a lot and therefore it is much difficult to survive even for the people things are getting expensive day by day in Asia and the weekly prices increase is 2.5-7% which is a record figure and highest amount in decades for the same market recorded in years of worst inflation in the market .

Though this may depend much on the amount borrowed. And in most cases the more the amount, the lesser the Annual Percentage Rate. But for a business that just want to start, the best rate to go for in order not to affect the business profit should be 5%.

Small business owners can save money on interest payments by making large purchases or paying off high-interest loans with the help of a company credit card that offers a lengthy 0% APR period. The problem is that most company credit cards don't provide 0% interest for more than nine months to a year, and even fewer of those cards allow you to transfer balances.

You may find a list of company credit cards that are exceptions to the rule. Several of these cards' introductory APR deals on purchases and balance transfers are longer than the standard initial APR duration of twelve months. For instance, American Express Blue Business Card, for the first year after creating an account, you'll pay no interest on purchases.

There's no perfect APR in business. You can make whatsoever is obtainable. Some times you'll make a lot of profit while you lose in some. Business is not like forex or crypto trading where you work with a fixed profit in mind maybe 10% or more daily. Even in trading, you may not meet the target every day.
