You might copied content from another website or just it is a waste content for readers. The one I say you are using content for just adsense ads, so please use good quality content for using adsense ads.
You have not mentioned what they said, can you post the rest of the email what they written to you?

This is a very simple and literal warning. It means the Google ad is covering or being covered by some other part of your website. For example if you choose an ad size that is too large for the space and part of the ad covers up some of your text. If you are having trouble seeing where this is happening feel free to post a link. People using other screen resolutions or browsers might be seeing it even if you are not.

Looks elements of your site are touching/overlapping the ad. Look at your code, preview your website and see where you might be able to find the issue. Doesn't seem like an ad subject matter issue, just layout.

it in adsense terms and conditions that ads shouldn't be placed in such a way that it will encourage accidental clicks,so I believe you're placing your ads that way which is against their policies. So try and adjust your ads placement.

Maybe there is a wrong format on your website as for the advertisement placing. As Lovely said it might be place where the ads could be accidentally clicked instead of your article.

"Ads and content overlap" refers to the situation where ads and content are displayed too close together on a webpage, making it difficult for users to distinguish between them. This can be a problem because it can lead to accidental clicks on ads and a negative user experience.
