I think most of us have our own reasons on why we are motivated to work even though sometimes we are tired already but still kicking for some reasons. I always feel motivated to work because I want to give my family all their need and wants in my full capacity.

I'm passioned about what I do. I already know it requires a lot of work before seeing any results or cash. Working gives me stability in life and I can help my family. Truth is money brings happiness in our lives with the stuff I buy, not the actual money but the things we purchase, like an iPhone or foto camera to save the best moments etc...

For me if you love your work you are very dedicated even you are tired, If you love your job and then you will not be tired there

I am more motivated to work now in some online sites because I see that there are some opportunities to learn or acquire new knowledge while at the same time earning a little few cents.

I get motivated at work, firstly if it's a job am passionate about, salary increment also get me motivated. I get motivated if my bosses are kind and considerate people. Trainings, fun fair and hanging out with colleagues too motivate and create a happy environment for me to work more. I think that helps

Here is not a single factor which motivate us to work. First it is our duty to work. Most of peoples are working because they wants money. Some wants to spend life and some wants it to became more rich. Some are working only to spend time.
