I have skills in graphic design, but I have a day job at 9am to 6pm...with 2 hours of commute to work (4 hours of commute time in total) to which internet or LTE is very unstable so I can't work while commuting...

what kind of part time jobs can i take? i really sorely need some extra, i already asked for a raise but no to avail...

I like in a third world country btw...

To be sincere i can tell you that if you have those skills you can sell it for money in one of my favorite site call youtube that site is very simple to use also you can go to fivrr market place and established your skills.
Or you make use of upwork former odesk
facebook is another good place for doing that

There are alot of service you can take on internet some of them are forex and selling information product online and its the best as well.
Thou what am saying now all depend on the individual choice some people prefer working in those small microtask site and that is good for anybody that want to get started.
Forex is good but good amount of knowledge and skills is require for success and good money making strategy.

You might want to try Earning Bitcoins with CoinHeaps on your spare time. It's fun and easy since you get to play their games while earning bitcoins. They also have Captcha solving, and an Hourly free BTC. I'm still new and didn't get the chance to withdraw but its all taking a risk anyway. For less than a week I get to earn around 5K satoshi which is not bad compared to other free sites to earn bitcoins.

Since you have skill in designing than you can use Fiverr to sell your gigs. This is a good way to start things. You can mention your project completion time as this will help you to keep a balance between your work and part-time jobs.

You can make online account and start doing some work on it. Internet jobs never depends upon time and place. The only thing you should have is an internet connection. You can do your work to earn money from it. You should have some skills. Thanks!

Many people enter into a job without knowing it's workability and then they question that they are being scammed. I always advise the people who intend to work online to learn about the job completely before start working. Save your time and money!

As a graphic designer willing to earn extra from free time, I suggest you to join legit freelancing site. There you may find clients looking for an online graphic designer or sell your own works.

You can be a data entry specialist, real estate VA(Virtual Assistant), transcriber, ESL (English as Second Language) tutor, article/content writer, bookkeeper, appointment setter, etc. But of course, before you can be any of these, you need to build on your skill set first. Check out Youtube for free tutorials/lessons.

firstly dont think about money, second dont do anything because money, dor me its not good if u have part time that u dont like or u like, because both it will affect ur main job, my advice is,stay with your job ,and plan it,if u hate ur job ,then think baout it and plan, dont make stupid decision ,plan long term and exit with glad, many online ez to make money now u just have to know how

If you have any skill, you can take advantage of it.
Translation, transcription, voice over, social media management, writing lyrics, making billboard animation videos for companies...
There are many websites that you can join like Fiverr , Upwork, freelancer... but there is a huge competition out there so you need to stand out by
something.
Of course you can't make a living but it will be an extra money that you can invest in other things like building a website or a blog or starting ecommerce which
is very good nowadays.

Well, you say you have 4 hours in total but actually you have like 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon wich doesn't not qualify for a part time job. You can try finding people who need their houses to be cleaned or find some people who have pets and need people to get them out on a walk.

I would say do something simple, within the UK we have a lot of jobs that are classed as boring by most. some jobs you can find will give you around £50 a week here for cleaning and only working 10 hours a week, meaning that you can spend more time working on websites to earn money from.

Finding a part time job when you are busy for the most part of the day won't be easy as part time job requires a few hours of work. If you are desperate to make money in the remaining time you should check the microworkers website because earnings are easier on Microworkers.

Of course, freelancing! Upwork,Fiverr, people per hour, and so on, there are so many legit sites where you can sell your skills.
You will have a lot of competition but you must build a good portfolio, build a blog, show how great you are, focus on your clients.

If you have good skills is impossible to not get good projects, good luck.

You could probably make use of your graphic design skills by working on some freelance projects. Maybe set up a profile on a site like DesignCrowd where you'll have access to jobs of this kind.

You can work on some freelancing sites, upwork, guru, freelancer, pph and make extra income. You can also join blogging platform. Yes, you can create free blog regarding your niche topic. You have great knowledge of graphic designing, you can create free blog on Blogspot platform and make online money.

A lot of people has a problem with making a site with the graphic. Write threads on some forum and get a lot of order. Also Fiverr is very good place to start, try to find some groups with exchanging 5 stars review. You'll invest maybe around 20$ but it's really worth.

Depends on your time. Obviously, even if it's a part-time job you still need to focus on it. If you have a day job which takes your whole day or at least 8hrs of your day, plus transportation time, the only time left for you is when you get home on weekdays and on weekends. The right part-time job for that is anything online or computer-based. Babysitting or pet sitting is good too, just 2hrs a day. Tutorials are good too but if you have to go to the student's house, make sure it's near your house, too.
