Every businesses created its aim is to making profits. However in order for the business to make good profits the business must be generating more more sales. As we all know that to achieve more sales the business must be in ability to receive a good number of customers making purchases in large quantities. Having many customers alone is not enough for the business but retaining them is the main thing to work on so that the available customers can get other customers to the business and having them multiplied in numbers.
So business owners can achieve this through offering the quality customer service to the satisfaction and selling at discounted and reduced prices of the most common and food stuffs items.
I know there are some other strategies that can work for you too.
 
what i will do on my business so people/customer won't left is to always fulfill what they need. I need to make a innovation at an affordable prices too, so i can always keep them by my side

Perfect strategy sir. Most times, I overestimate my delivery timeframe to give me allowance for logistics failure but I would turn around and deliver much earlier than estimated.

There are many other things you can do so that you can retain customers. For example, you can offer your customers prioritised support as well. You can offer this service to all the customers. You can offer two different packages and offers for new and old customers. This is also one of the best strategies that you can use to attract both the kinds of customers. Many companies focus on either new or old customers and this may not always work.
 
A customer bought honey two days ago from my sister and on getting home, she called and said that the honey is not original because ants followed it. I got the phone, spoke with the customer and told her I would be meeting her the following day. I got there yesterday. Used my phone and my laptop to educate her on the fact that ants follow original honey. She was educated on that.

I still went ahead to carry out three tests for original honey in front of her with the honey that my sister sold to her. She was convinced and grateful. She even gave an additional tip for my troubles. And she placed another order right there.

There are many ways you can retain customers. Let's say you are a company that claims to sell original honey. Original honey always has some kind of remnants of bees. For example, it may contain bee's wings and other parts until or unless it has been purified by machine. Apart from that, you could also use certified documentations that could be verified by the customers. This would mean that you are making true claims when it comes to selling your products. Always remember that honesty is the best policy.
