Turtle is not popular because of low value. BC game is giving for free, might be due to their overpending turtle stock.
Few selected exchanges like Citex, Hotbit, MXC, CoinEx, Bilaxy are exchanging turtle for BTC/ETH/USDT.

No exchange is listing Trtl so how can it be exchanged now when it isn't listed. It seems it value is even encouraging for people to really want to have it for keeps

Please read above post, some exchanges really accept turtlecoin , however turtle's value is so low that people need several thousands for one dollar, so not many use it.

Turtle coin is quite a unique name. If it is being given out as a tip in Bc.game then it must not be worth much probably with q value less than $1. Deviating from turtle coin a little do you think Bc.game is worth the time. Does it yield good profit

Just keep claiming, right now it is nearly 100k TRTL for a dollar, but who knows it's price rise and people gain more thasn it's present value, and this is just one of cryptocurrency, so without guarantee.
