I do understand that there are different programming languages, however, I want to know the easiest programming language for someone who is completely a newbie in programming.

I guess the easiest programming language is C/C++ in my opinion . Java is more complicated and job oriented in nature , but it's not easily understandable by everyone.
C is hard asf at the beginning , you gotta check algorithms since they are not complicated to explain , because 'Read' is much easier than Scanf and similar used terms

i think the way they mention language here is something compilable unlike html when you view source, you can see it right away.
Surprised no one mention HTML here. It's pretty easy to learn and important when we make webpages, browser-based applications and more.

Raptor prototyping Algorithimic Tool for Ordered Reasoning -This is the one tool of my recommendation. You don't have to wrap your heads around syntaxes and stuff and can just jump onto logical using plain English so your learning curve gets reduced dramatically.Have a look at it.

I will have to say one of the easiest programming language is Visual Basic, it is quite a simple language and easy to learn, plus once you have learnt it you can apply its syntax to other programming languages, however, Visual Basic is not the most helpful programming language in terms of creating programs.

If you have no knowledge in programming, start with something like pascal. It will teach you the basics, like translate a problem to solve into code. Any programming language builds on the assumption you _know_ how to translate a given task to commands the machine will understand. But the machine "thinks" differently than the normal human mind, which is you have to understand to write programs that do work in an efficient way.

After you made a program that says "Hello world!", and you do know why it does that (and copy-paste will not help you in that), you can go explore higher languages.

I agree with you. This does make a lot of sense. I guess then, Pascal is where someone should start as a beginner because it will prove to be very helpful for you in the long term.

all programmers agrees that the easiest language in programmation is Python because it doesn't have really complicated comment
they always advice to start with it because after that C and C+ will be more easier to learn
also there's HTML it's very easy you can learn it in a month

My perspective may differ from others but really I found python as the easiest and simplest language, even though the keywords of python are much easy to remember because they have used simple English keyword.

Python is really simple to remember and it hides many complexities. It is best way to learn algorithms in it as the code remains small.

every programmnig field had his own easy programming language
for exemple web programming the easiest language is HTML you can learn it in one month
in software you can leanr Python it's very easy

I have tried the python once and i can say that they are just easy to use. As well as the html that's what i'm using most of the time.

You are asking the wrong question. The question ought to be 'which tool is best for <enter my job here>'. Programming languages are being released more often these days then ever before. And depending on the task, one language may be best than another. For instance a systems programmer who needs low level access may use C, assembly, or even C++. These are not necessarily the easiest languages to learn but they are the right tools to get the job done. Similarly, a data scientist may want to make use of the existing packages that exist of Python hence that would be the preferred choice. In conclusion, syntax of a language or rubric is not what makes a programming language easy or not.

I cannot agree with you on this.Syntax does matter while deciding if a programming language is easy or not.For example, consider this program written on a programming language called brainfuck which prints "Hello World"

++++++++[>++++[>++>+++>+++>+<<<<-]>+>+>->>+[<]<-]>>.>---.+++++++..+++.>>.<-.<.+++.------.--------.>>+.>++.

And that in C

printf("Hello World")

Now tell me which is easier or harder for a layman.
