I invested a lot of time in my blog before I got some good results. Definitely a couple of years. Although, as you say, many tricks are available online, you have to be careful because if you choose the wrong ones, you can only get a negative effect. Although I have always tried to write quality content, sharing it on my Instagram and Facebook profiles and optimizing my pages as much as possible from an SEO point of view (I use Rank Math), I have only seen a real improvement, especially in search engine searches, since I started using a traffic exchange service that does not use iframes and with a visit time of 60 sec.
With this configuration, you can get direct traffic that improves your Alexa ranking (install the Alexa plugin, it will help you) without compromising Adsense.
On the other hand, if you use traffic exchange sites that use iframes and have a visit time of less than 60sec, you risk being banned by Google Adsense and not getting the results you obtained.

You should I know that you will need some type of conviction or you are going to pay money before anybody is going to click your link to your website. I will advise that you should avoid paid traffic by all means possible and go for organic traffic.
