Couple days ago I've been hit by some Vietnam based IPs, it was a bot that's for sure, after registration he was scrapping my old messages and re-post in the forum. Luckily I could clean up the threads that were messed up pretty fast.

Now I'm really interested to know which are the best Anti-bot/captcha out there.

I'd really recommend the Google's reCAPTCHA - even their slogan is awesome ''easy for humans, hard for bots''.

I think it is currently one of the best anti-bot tools you can get. And it's completely free.

I have used Google's Recaptcha on my WordPress contact form. And this way I have managed to have cracked the bots issue. You can see that anti bot issues can also be solved with the cloudflare so you may skin captcha implementation in such case. Cloudflare gets rid of the bots after you implement it on your site.

Wonder if it is the same issue with Bloated Frogs forum. There they ask us to join Keycaptcha and then paste that url as verification code but it is not working

reCaptcha is the one you should take. It's not one of the most used -if not the- Captchas for nothing. The most recenst versions of it are even better, where you need to click only once and no bots yet can do it effectively.

Google ReCapatcha is the best but sometimes it pisses me off by giving errors when I click on the images and I get forced to restart my router.

reCaptcha is very popular and easy for human but difficult for the bots as I have heard a lot about it though I have no personal experience of use it on my blogs.

There are many captha but some may influence uour site visitors thats why we should keep many factors before making layers to prevent feom bots etc.
The best Capth are as follow ;-
1) google recaptha
2) Solvemedia
3) funcaptha.
4) Slide Captha,,, etc .

ReCaptcha is still in use, most of the forum and even faucet sites do this. I never found any problem with this, however many sites are not using it and keeping their old ways of sign up. I think email verification must use captcha solving.

I believe the most used and effective anti-bot captcha is the recaptcha,it really effective and it very difficult for the bot but great for humans,I think any software can crack it apart from human run captcha solving services,so if you have this in place then continue with it.

Google recaptcha is best solution for bots and solvemedia is also good because users have to type the text in text area and bot will not work in this situtation.
