iam going to create a shorten url site and i need some advices to start

1- i want to offer high cpm rates but i dont want to use adsense as a monetizing way so : what is the best ad network can i use ?
2- what is the best hosting website i can use ?
3- is it a profitable way to earn online and how much can i expect making monthly ?

If you don't want adsense then you probably won't offer high cpms like most recent short links services do but you can find alternative like Media.net, Propeller etc..
2-You can go for cheap hostings there are plenty just google them but don't rely on shared hosting as they are not sustainable
3-It'll depend on how many users you manage to get .Just make sure if you get into this business,to include protections against bots and secure your scripts otherwise you're just wasting your time and money.

i will use adlinkfly script and captcha system can this prevent bots and fraud of users ?

Try to use popups it may prevent from bots but don't add too many of them. Also you can do a little search on Google there are many people who wrote article for this. You can find adnetworks info here on BMF too.

It is not easy to answer such questions without knowing more about the initial plan.
But with a good working link shorten-er site one could make easily couple of hundreds per month, on a hosting like "liquidweb".
As for the monetization, one can never go wrong by using the ad network from LoadAds.com which will provide good CPM rates a quality traffic.

id be happy to share my knowledge and experience with you.
you need to get an advertiser that supports cpm meaning they will pay you for every impression or display not for every click on their ad. monetize it via popups, popunder and popexit, this is annoyance you might say but this is business not a personal websites. go for dedicated server,just refer to my forum sig here.

not a sure 1 time big income
you have to be creative and create more business types for yourself, don't invest your money in 1 place, scatter and diversify so you know if something fails you still have backups.

Adsense only provides HIGH CPM. I suggest, even if you earn a huge amount from Adsense don't increase CPM for your URL Shortener. Because you don't know when your Adsense will get Disabled.
Use PopUnder (annoying but good and trusted), Popads (under category select, General, internet, earning site), a-ads (it's not working for me but it is one of the trusted networks). Try propeller (many users call them scammer), Try AdAround new ad network.

popads are really annoying but i think it's a good way to prevent bots thank you for this idea but about adnetworks i really tried many adnetworks anf=d most of them offer cpm rates less than what i should offer to publisher so what do you think should i do in this ?

i need to know more about security scripts where can i find more information about this i have searched really hard about how to make url shortener and know all steps from buying host to launching the website but i didn't find any thing about how to protect it against bots and non human traffic so can you show me some of these scripts if there is a link for these please give me the link to watch it

no i decided not to use adsense on my site i will try popads i really used propeller before and withdraw but hey don't count all my traffic and provide a very low cpm compared to other adnetworks i tried so thanks for these information it was really helpful

How much CPM propeller giving? Did you tried to use Popunder?

for a start, ban all tor-based, proxies, vpn ip addresses, only allow real ip address, you can do this for free if your blog for example is a wordpress blog, several plugins are there that are open source such as tor, wordfence to name a few, but this is not 1 day work, this is continous hard work only a server admin like me wants and likes to do, its kindy nerdy i know.

youtube is full of free tutorials search "how to block bots from my website?" or something like that.
there's a lot of videos there that you need to take take and sit down, watch and learn by heart.

propeller ads will block and banned your account if you request withdrawal from them, just speaking from my experience.

How much CPM propeller giving? Did you tried to use Popunder?
