Hey guys ,I'm new to Vlooging and heard about copyright and many Acts in Youtube ( T&C) !!...


Anyone know what is copyright ?and is there any legal way to copy video content and Make Money in Youtube ??

Copyright is what applies when you steal someone else's content and call it yours. so those who steal others videos are fined under copyright. And no there is no legal way to copy video. You have to in that case find creative commons videos. otherwise you're illegal stealing. so find creative commons free videos.

Copyright is the right that gives an individual or an organization the right of sole ownership of a particular content e.g music, video, book etc

you won't be able to monetize a content that you don't own in any way, but atleast you won't get your video blocked/removed if you state that it's for educational purpose (like many youtubers do)

copyrighting is taking someone else content and use as it's yours ( stealing ) you can avoid that by asking the original person if he will let you use their content, or make a change on it to not be similar and add value to it, and you can use it and metnion the original creator ( I don't think youtube will monetize this )

Using something for some purpose while giving credits to the original author is completely different than claiming that the content is yours

yes of course and I said it in my response and I explained how he can use other content without getting copyrighted, I've been in this business before, if some have a questions ask me

You cant always run away with other people content without getting a copyright claim (or strike in some occasions), but there are few things to do to reduce that risk, if it's a song, try reducing the pitch or increasing it, and if it's a video, make sure to rotate it to the opposite side

I've watched someone on youtube got copystrike just because he hums the song, just to be safe dont use copyright content

Well as i said, in case you are pushed to use copyrighted things, if it's an audio content, then edit the pitch to reduce the risk of being recognized
