I am thinking of switching my hosting to GoDaddy, but I am a bit worried about this, especially the customer service, support and up time.

I just checked on GoDaddy website, it seems like I can only contact them via phone call. I wonder if I can email or online chat with them.

Do you recommend GoDaddy hosting? What do you think about their customer service and support?

Godaddy as grown over time and popular too,it has become the world largest registrar and it highly recommended for newbies
there is live chat, phone and email 24/7,they have great uptime,good customer service and great building tools.so they are highly recommended.

I used to have couple web hosting deluxe plans 3 years ago, never had issues with them and if you have I suggest calling them instead of emailing, the response is a lot faster.

Be careful if you wanna move your domains as well to Godaddy, when is time to renew you will find the renewal fee for 1 year if $17, not $15 and not $10. I suggest Namecheap, cheaper prices.
