Hi all!
what crypto do you trade with? What do you invest with? What is your opinion on the value of different coins?

As for me BTC and ETH are coins that I have confidence in no matter what. With them is OMG. I have some interest in digibyte and monero, I do not own any but I intend to get into those coins for long term investment. I am also optimistic about BAT but that is still a gamble, there's not much evidence to suggest it will still exist in 10 years but it has a cult following already.

As for trading, I have little faith in ETC but there are two things that could prove beneficial in the near future, at least for a big upswing. 1. Ethereum could go on a bull run at any moment and when that happens ETC tends to go up as well 2. Updates to ETC network security in next 3-6 months could cause an uptick. I intend to sell out when it peaks and I don't intend to buy in.

Doge is also interesting because it has big swings. I will buy in when the price drops about 20% and then hold, probably for months, for a total profit of over 50%, if all goes according to plan.

I mainly only use Bitcoin and simply let it earning interest in my Freebitco.in account. It's not much but still better than nothing. Also, I'm currently not actively trading any crypto since I'm busy with other business.

I bought TRON beginning August @ around 0.02. Sold it 2 weeks later @ 0.03 for a 50% gain (should've waited a couple of more days as it rose to 0.032 but who knew?). Bought it again after when it went down 0.025. Sold them when it went to 0.033 for another 35% gain (sigh, it went to 0.036 today...but again...who knew?). Anyway, almost doubling my investment in a month not so bad.

Also bought KLV on it's ICO offering. After a couple of days - value went to 9x the price on launch day. I wished I bought more.

IMO, Bitcoin and Ether are good for the long haul but due to their value - they can't beat the growth of new tokens like TRX.

TRX sounds nice when you describe it. I will look into it a little more. Thanks!

I'm sure there are other nice tokens out there but takes a bit of reading. I kinda like Tron's roadmap so bought some. Right now, I'm hoping the runs slow down and goes down and if it hits around 0.02ish again, I'll buy some again.

My first day in Beermoney and I'm learning a lot from everyone here! So happy I joined!

most of the altcoins in the top rankings like ethereum, litecoin, dogecoin, etc are kinda dependent on the price of bitcoin as when bitcoin rises they also rise. The more obscure altcoins in the market are the ones who have independent movements. If it's hodling in a long long term then bitcoin is a good one

currently i just collecting some bTc hope to use them in a year from now i hope Btc will hit 20k if it increases with this potential, but cannot exactly say just predict

with collecting you mean from faucets?, those peanuts from faucets isn't really worth much but they will pile up on the long run provided you don't use them

For long them holdl , I will go for Bitcoin and ethereum because they are the top two cryptocurrency while new coins can be for short term ,and sold when enough profit is made

These two coins are worth holding for longer time because they are already established coins with reputation unlike new coins that are struggling to have higher value .

Presently , my only fear of having ethereum is the high gas fee associated with it , despite the fact that there are many people using the network

I invest in bitcoin on a long term basis. What I do is to buy when the price is low and sell when it soars. However, some people trade with it on a short term basis and I learnt they make profits too.

Tron is one coin that I wished I had invested on four days ago when the value was $0.025 and now it is close to $0.04 which is about 80% rise already.

In addition to the already traditional BTC and EH for long-term investments, I recommend investing in TRX, LINK and ADA, since they have projects that have penetrated very well in the investment community.
CRO is another currency that has been conquering spaces and deserves to be analyzed.
If you want to invest in YFI or YFII, please do a thorough study for the best time for short-term investments.

As for me i think i will hold a coin with low value and got the potential.Dogecoin would be my coin of choise to hold and i have always claimed some free satoshis. Although the price felt at some time but with the good conditions behind it, i am sure for its growth. Bitcoin is what i can hold for a short time. It is more stable and i can easily trade with it and get some quick money with my simple strayegy.

The coin I prefer to hold is omg , linkup and other coin no matter what because am optimistic that the price will rise sooner or later to a better figure

Now we will see which are the currencies that recover after the pullback that Bitcoin experienced, so my recommendations with TRX, LINK, ADA and CRO remain.

Since the price of bitcoin is going down people might consider investing on a smaller coin and hold it or do short term trading , if they wish to

That depends, if you want a long-term investment, take advantage and buy Bitcoin in this pullback. You can diversify your investment with other cryptocurrencies, the ones I recommended are a good opportunity.

people mostly hold bitcoin because it's running smooth since ages with no issues, even if it drops a lot of times, but it gets up again and rises more and more
