there were some rumours about morocco applying fees and taxes about every single cent you get from internet, but this was never applied.
What countries do you think where people have to pay taxes for their online income?

Collecting payment tax from cent made online?,have not seen such cases happen to me unless when receiving payment online then they might charge a vat(tax) through the site you used

I knw that in USA tax is apply to any income gotten online and such will be debited and credited to the appropriate authority account. It is a crime in USA to no tax online income but the otherwise Is the case in other Countries majorly Africa.
there are some countries that, collect, tax online whenever you, make transaction, online. and one this counties are USA and Sweden.
so as a conclusion, they are tracking online transactions ? how do they actually get their taxes from ? paypal transactions or bank transactions that are related to online money sources ?

Isn't nearly all countries have such tax, online nor offline all income should be taxable to my knowledge, that's why we need to fill in tax documents when signing in some affiliate programs.

I don't think most countries has the system of requesting for tax on online earning . if there is , then it should be focused on companies that work online , and not people who earn peanuts .

I posted something similar to this but for some reason it never saw the light of the day.Guess am still learning how things are done.
Now this is a very sensitive topic and if you dont consult a financial expert you may land yourself in serious troubles all because of ignorance. Its a crime called withholding tax.Go to your country's institution thst looks at tax laws and regulation if there are no direct provisions to guide how to declare such earning then you have to put it in writing with proofs how much you earn a month and you will be guided.

well yeah, but there's nothing official about it, making money from internet is a kind of popular thing here, but i guess the governement never had the idea of applying taxes of it, even though, there was a rumor

@dadayli you are right there is nothing official since most countries do not recognize earning online as a legitimate job.But when you starting earning like a thousand thousand a month like in my country you may have to declare that money.

well, absolutely, people that make thousands of dollars usually don't appear in media and stuff and they are working behind the scenes, unlike those courses scammers

Ooh really, then I must say the best is to know that we are inline with the law. It's possible to earn a substantial 3figures and more genuinely. On the other hand yeahsone digital done for you products are sold to unsuspecting people.

Some country dont involve in tax collection for online business, but is a good source,it can help a lot ,because it can help in a country a large.
All countries require you to pay tax if you are earning an income, they just guide based on your annual income what you are obligated to pay.So if you are making a substantial ammount then kindly visit a financial advisor. It does not matter wether its online or not but as long as it is paid into your account at the end of the day.

Or they simple cut it from your salary before sending it to your bank account like in a lot of countries, so you don't notice the change, you are being told that when you are working

I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MY COUNTRY DOESN'T TAX ONLINE/REMOTE EARNINGS. IN FACT, I'M WILLING TO BET THE

I know for a fact that my country doesn't tax online/remote earnings. In fact, I'm willing to bet the government remains blissfully unaware such a thing exists, which works just fine for me?? By the time the penny finally drops, I'll probably have moved along.

i don't think that they won't know about that xD , maybe they are just ignoring or have no strong reason to apply taxes for that, never underestimate the government!

Ohhh thats a good one:Finger: So do you have some code for identiing how you file your returns or rather the one which can be used to show your financial information. In my country its called Tax payer identification number(TPIN).There are some people who are really focused or want to get focused online.Imagine if you get to find legit sites about ten or so that gets to pay you a 100 bucks each totalling to $1000 in a month and then that money comes into your account in 4 months consecutively in a row. Then you will be like i will not declare that since i have never been pushed by the Financial regulators (and that is africa).ANYWAYS ITS JUST A HEADS UP FOR THOSE WHO DONT WANT TO FIND THEMSELVES IN TROUBLE.

here in my country, it's kind of easy to control online earnings, because most of people use local banks to withdraw their money from paypal, and also adsense transactions can be tracked in banks

Well, like I said, in my country, there's no such thing. Go ahead and read my previous comment. BUT obviously, this is just within the context of ONLINE earnings. All other monies earned offline is taxed accordingly. If I'm understanding your statement above, it's the same thing as your country - or not? In any case, I checked on Google and there doesn't seem to be anything in the Zambian tax system that suggests the government taxes your ONLINE earnings. I must stress however, if I started bringing in A LOT of money via online work (say thousands of dollars), the government would investigate and I would likely have to declare it and pay tax on it. As it stands, I earn nowhere near that, so there's no way I'll find myself in any trouble.
