The only way that I think you can monetize your adult channel is by generating traffic to it. Without traffic I don't think your site can be monetized but when you have traffic, you can easily monetize your site And you will make money depending on the traffic that you generate

They make more money by creating groups and if the group actually have more amount of users and followers , the person that owns the group can actually start launching ads and others and this would help grow the telegram channel

I was only looking at it like this. If I have a group that has over 2000 viewers, and you have a business you want to publicize, you could just come to me and use my channel for your production. Is that not what you mean? Because I am not sure telegram itself pays people
