With the pandemic and many people being out of work there are also many more that are trying to venture into their own forms of income and one of the popular ways in which this is happening is to get involved in a real estate business. However this is not as simple as it seems that there are many factors that you need to consider and dangers that I involved with it. One of the main danger is the safety element as you are showing houses to strangers that you have never met which could lead to possible theft or hijacking. What are the other dangers that you would advise people in the real estate business or looking to go into real estate to be aware of?

I don't think is possible to theft or hijacked a real estate by stranger. Because you will have a valid documents on hand. It's just dangerous to buy a real estate, because they can give you invalid or fake documents.

I don't think your land or house can be theft because you have your legal documents. But there are some dangers like... in this pandemic time, many people has lost their jobs. So, there are not a lot of people to buy lands or houses. So, if you don't find a lot of people who has any interest to buy house in the pandemic, you have to sell them in low price. I am saying it because I own saw it.

Well any business can succeed with proper calculation and prehand study all you have to do it that you focus on the work and not on the rumours

I think the safety issue is possible if the person was targetting you for a certain issue or kidnapping. Otherwise, they cannot steal an empty property which you have all the documents for.

I think nature type of disasters are also another kind of danger in a real estate business especially if the disasters and calamities in the area of your business is frequent and is strong like earthquakes as it can damage land and houses too

The only danger I can just mention is that if you buy a land or build a house on erosion line, someone sell government land for you or they illegally sell land/house for you.

Showing houses for sale may not have anything valuable unless the house is being offered with furnishing. Theft is not a risk for I have not heard of such a case in real estate business.

Yeah I think one issue will be having the right amount from people. You know people will be in shortage of cash so you wouldn't expect them to have good enough money to pay. It will be better to leave it still the pandemic is over and people start having money

Generally this is the much better option because it makes no sense to actually sell a property at a loss considering the fact that all properties are considered to be appreciated assets and therefore they will increase in value with time. So if you are patient enough to wait until the pandemic is over you are likely going to see this in a greater profit margin.

Real estate is a good business but there are things we need to avoid in order to have a good business experience. We must make sure that all the necessary documents of properties that we want to buy are readily available and backed by law. We should also avoid buying properties that is under litigation or on some form of disputes.

The right word here will be patience during any time that land is depreciating. It wouldn't make sense throwing away your asset at a loss value. So waiting it out Will help

Proper documentation! People should look out for proper documentation when purchasing real estate Properties. Some real estate agents are fraud and they could rid you of your hard earned money.

Another risk one should worry about when it comes to real estate is that of the replacement risk. It's very possible for another property to come up within the same area where yours is located, and people might decide to go that over yours especially if these new properties have modern designs and standard and up to date equipments, this would make yours look outdated.

The worst danger in my business is prices changes, when the price on things change in to higher price costumers are not wiling to buy such thieat that price but only if they want it urgent.

This is another angle to it. you are on point the owner of the house might come to prefer the new designs abs it will look as of the designer of the old ones didn't give it all the best. Well,in all profession there's always the job hazard which one needs to go through from time to time to succed

So many weeks is associated with owning a real estate property or going into real estate property but to be honest I don't think showing of a stranger your property is a factor risk in this case because the matter was trying to claim a house we'll have to require Valley documents and I think the documents should be with you you're not a dumb person to give out your documents to a stranger and stranger cannot just come off to claim a house just because you have been shown by the owner

I think so I'm real associated with owning a real estate property especially in a third world country and the country which lack of security are vandalization possible War and some other insecurity cases that may require or lead up to evacuation of that particular area and leaving that property completely blank some of the disadvantages are having a wrong tenant maybe a tenant who doesn't understand you are actually giving you problems always about payments

One of the challenges encountered in real estate business is security and misappropriation of funds and resources. Alot of Realtors are faced with this issues on a timely base because of the profit attained from this Investment and it's long term benefits coupled with the fact that real estate are mostly occupied by wealthy folks.

That's just it and in most cases, it might not actually be the fault of the designer, it could simply be that at the time it was under construction, that particular design was what was invoke back then. You know as time goes on, new designs always surfaces.
