❓ASK What are the best alternatives for Windows 10?

windows 7 simple as that, i even installed it in my new PC that's more than capable of handling windows 10 with all of its apps, but it's just an annoying operating system, so i'm still stuck with windows 7 till its last days, i'm using my PC for gaming purpose and windows 7 is more than enough

i forgot to mention windows 8.1, it's less complicated than windows 10 and has everything you will need, it's still supported so in case you aren't fine with windows 7, you can give it a try

I have been using Windows 7 for more than 10 years and I prefer that than anything else. But when my system was formatted, my IT support guy didn't have Windows 7 OS with him, the reason he installed Windows 10 for me. Thanks for the tip dadayli.

Windows 10 is not all terrible but it's kind and f cumbersome. Windows 7 and Windows 7 seems to be the best bet. I currently use Windows 8 and I've not regretted a day of it.

no1 was complaining about windows 7 when windows xp got out of support, but a lot of people did with windows 10, it's just painful to use, not like any other previous OS from microsoft

Windows 7 or Linux. Both have their own disadvantage though. At least for Linux governments and companies won't spy and track your every digital movement.

You can try and use windows 8 but most people like using windows 7 because it is very easy to use. Windows 10 is not the bad.
he can't use windows 8 for the same reason why he can't use windows 7, because it's simply out of support and people will face security problems in the future

if you dont like windows 10 you can uninstall the updates back to the earlier version. mac software is completely different interface maybe linux comes close

Window 10 is just for show to me, window 10 has been the preferred operating system even after the release of window 10 and 8 it seems window 10 specifically has a lot of software glitch and issue to it. For my business, I use window 7 because it gives me less stress

linux can be the best solution for him if he's not planning to move back to any older windows version, but he has to spend a lot of time learning about it and might face compatibility issues in the future

Windows 7 has been the by far most loved os from microsoft but they're no longer gonna support windows 7 anymore meaning no security updates, plugins, other updates. If you're still comfortable with that then go for windows 7
it asbolutely is, i myself installed it in couple of new computers that i got, as long as you are aware of your internet activities, you should be fine to use it, few apps and softwares will drop support sooner or later, but till that time, you will enjoy a stable operating system with less issues to encounter

Obviously Windows 7. But if your computer can capable to handle windows 10, then you can use this. I found windows 10 '1903' is more stable.

Yeah :DI'm currently using win 10 and damn there's update which bring along loads of bug then there comes security updates to fix the bugs it's so frustating to use there's lag sometimes for no reason Win 10 feels the worst by far
Bro, I think you're using latest version right? Version is 2003 or something like this? Switch to the previous windows 10 versions. Like, 1903 or 1907.

A computer engineer told me many of his clients are contacting him to reinstall windows 7 for them. There are a lot of complaints associated with windows 10 and windows 8.1.
Windows 10 is good but I think windows 8 is underrated among them.
I was using windows 7 for many years and them direct jump to the windows 10.

I guessed I have not noticed this, I am currently using a windows 10 dell laptop and so far I have no issues with the space, though my laptop is currently running on two softwares which is windows 10 and Linux obutu. I guess I didn't noticed all this cause the windows 10 was the first laptop I had ever used so I have no experience with other versions.

Since I found peace with Windows 8.1 I have not seen a better version and I don't intend to run any upgrade at the moment. If you are a tech person windows 10 will do justice as the processor is really fast and smooth compared to other version, nevertheless you can still give window 8.1 a trial.
