In detail, my fitness instructor recommended me to do this experiment to get motivation and lose weight. He suggested me to create some sort of blog and keep a diary about my weight loss progress, and write a blog about my feelings and experience in this process. But if I won't have any viewers and supporters, then what's the point of doing that? That's why I am looking for something not very expensive and opened for suggestions? I've read that the community promotion is very efficient in terms of SEO. What do you think?

Google has a good algorithm and its track users well and show us what we searched before and they know what we interest so, they must collect users private surfing data and analyse it btw

Theme has little or nothing to do with the SEO of a site . The keywords are basically the most important one because that's what shows up upon search in search engine

Am actually learning an online free program sponsored by Google . It is on digital marketing but also include other aspects that will help in building and maintaining an e-commerce . This is where my information is coming from
